Loved the property and location. WiFi and TV were not great. TV not HD and one without access to channels. WiFi was slow. Otherwise we loved our stay.

This location was the perfect hub for exploring downtown Steamboat and venturing further out. Restaurants and the Farmers Market were just a couple of minutes walk and was impeccably clean! The detailed check in instructions were incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Fabulous 1 bedroom condo right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Great size, and well appointed (even has a washer dryer!) summer farmers market is right outside the front door on Saturday. Communication was great. When we arrived the smoke alarm battery was beeping and they came to fix it right away. Wonderful place, we will be back!!

We had a lovely stay in Steamboat at this property. The location is ideal for being able to access downtown Steamboat without getting in your car. Covered parking is in the adjacent building, but getting over is only a minute walk. Couple of the bathroom fixtures need tightening and the light in the shower needs replaced, otherwise the property was in great condition. We appreciated the double window coverings as it does get quite bright in the afternoon. Very comfortable for 2 people, and a very welcoming experience. We were celebrating a birthday and the hosts left behind a few things for us which made the stay feel special. Thanks for a great trip!

Wonderful stay!!

Excellent place to stay! Convenient to everything downtown and just a 10 minute car ride to everything on the mountain! Steamboat Mountain Lodging was so nice and helpful! Will stay there again for sure!

Great location in the heart of downtown Steamboat

Perfect for what we needed. Only difficult part was finding the place but if you can find the restaurant, “Cypress” it is in the same building. Would stay here again.

Great stay at Howelsen Place

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Howelsen Place. Location was great, the condo was spacious w really nice quality bedding and cookware, and we appreciated having a washer dryer in the unit w all of our ski gear. The unit was quiet and well appointed and we definitely would stay again!

Great location, walkable to everything in town and nice having a parking spot! Was a little loud at night with the garbage compactors running randomly but if you’re a deep sleeper it was ok. The space was perfect, kitchen stocked, and roomy. Bonus that there was laundry in the unit!

Great condo in downtown Steamboat!

Howelston Place is the place to stay in downtown Steamboat! The condo was very clean, well stocked with towels and paper products and has a very responsive property management company. It's super close to all the downtown restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the shuttle. We loved staying here!

Howelson Place

Regardless of the property we rent, it's the incredible service provided by Steamboat Lodging/Winter Park Lodging that keeps bringing us back. Howelsen Place is the 5th property we have rented and each place has something great unique to the address. A302 is in a great location and it was the perfect place for 2 people. Downtown Steamboat is the place to stay.

This is a great small condo in downtown Steamboat. It is nicely decorated and has high-end sheets and towels. Bed is very comfortable and it is very quiet. Kitchen is well-equipped. It was a lovely stay at Christmastime.
