Amazing Condo at the Base of the Ski Mountain


Newly renovated fall of 2024 This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo is perfect for enjoying all seasons in Steamboat. Located in The West Condos, the location is absolutely perfect for adult groups or families with children. You can walk to the base of the ski mountain in a few minutes, its closer than the knoll ski parking lot at the base of the mountain. Sit on your couch at night and watch the Fireworks at the base of Steamboat on the weekends or go grab food and drinks at the base of the mountain just a short walk away. The transit center at the base of the mountain is also about a 2 min walk which you can ride the free city buses downtown, to the grocery store, etc. The location is super convenient and very close to the base and lifts.

The Condo is newly furnished and updated. There is a King Bed in one of the bedrooms, the second bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a Queen Sofa Sleeper with a memory foam mattress additional 2" mattress pad for added comfort.

THIER ARE STAIRS IN THE UNIT: The Bedrooms are on the upper level and the Kitchen and Living Room are on the lower level, so there are stairs in the unit.

Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. The kitchen and living room area is an open floor plan with a eat in bar top as well as a kitchen table that seats 6. The living room has a new Samsung 55" TV and sound bar for you to enjoy, sit down and relax after a long day of activities. The Condo has wireless internet and cable TV as well.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit.

There is a outdoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs just steps from your door. The unit has 2 parking passes for guests as well that is outdoor, so no height restrictions your vehicles.

My wife and I have other rentals in Steamboat and live in town. We take a lot of pride in our rental units and take the extra time and care to make sure everything in the unit is right and your stay is amazing.

Another great stay

It was our second time here. You can’t beat the location. It’s an easy walk to the base. My kids love the pool and hot tubs. The renovations since our last visit were a nice surprise.

Cute condo in great location.

I stayed here with my 2 grown sons last week. Everything about the stay was perfect. It was an easy walk to the lifts and the bus stop when we wanted to go downtown. The condo had all the little conveniences we needed and then some!

Great place, amazing location!

This is the perfect place to stay with a small group at Steamboat! The location is right next to the Knoll parking lot, which makes it a short walk from the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked, and the fireplace is nice. We would definitely stay here again.
