Great accommodations at this wonderful cabin. We had a total of 6 people and everyone had their own bed. The home was clean and comfortable. Even had a garage large enough to accommodate 6 motorcycles. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and pots and pans. We ate breakfast and supper in the cabin every day. Location was perfect in regard to other cities and venues during bike week.
If we had one concern it was the busy road at the end of the drive. It wasnt an issue, just had to be patient getting out on the street.
Cant say enough about our positive stay here. Special thanks to the owners who were in contact with us making sure our stay was good. Hoping we can enjoy another stay in the future.
We absolutely loved this cozy, well kept and comfortable cabin. Location was spot on with side by side trails seconds from cabin and all that Hill City has to offer just minutes away. We are already planning next summers trip and we will desperately try to rent here again.
Our family met for a wedding at the Diamond Spur Event center only a few blocks from the rental house. The house was great for all of our activities, hiking, trail riding, wine tasting and the wedding. There were a few issues but property manager was easy to reach. House was very clean and cozy. A great place to meet up!
This house was absolutely beautiful. We could not imagine anything that was lacking. Our 2 teenage girls loved the bunk house. The patio was so great for roasting marshmellows and gathering there every night. We will be comparing any future vrbo with this one.
We spent a long weekend with family. It was a great rental for all ages in a great location. We enjoyed the bean bags and closeness to the winery, brewery and 4 wheel rentals. The cleanliness was fantastic.
We are travelling with another family and everyone loved this rental! It was spotlessly clean and very well-stocked. It is clearly lovingly maintained. A great location for visiting the area.
We loved our stay! It was the perfect homebase to explore the Black Hills. Short walk to the winery for lunch. Loved having coffee on the patio each morning! We will definitely be back!
Everything was perfect down to the host , house and property! The only thing I would say was a negative would be the steep gravel driveway since we were on motorcycles. Especially after the hard rain. And the highway noise. Other than that is was perfect! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
The property was better than the pictures. It was very clean and well stocked. Lots of room for our family of 8. Beds were comfortable, location was great, easy to get to all the sites. We loved the fire pit and enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings and evenings. Home was beautifully decorated with a homey feeling. Loved it.
We really enjoyed this place. With the bunkhouse out back all the kids had their own bed which made everyone happy! The location is great, central to many sites and the winery next door was cozy too. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, there was plenty of towels and so on too. We also used both the fire pit and grill. There is a little road noise mostly during the day but hey, it’s centrally located. We would absolutely go back.
Cozy, but spacious family getaway. A very homey atmosphere-all the amenities of home! Beautiful setting close to several family activities. Extremely easy check-in and check-out.
Great location. Wonderful, clean, comfortable home with plenty of space for our entire group of 5 adults. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at the house. We had 2 small families stay for our getaway. We arrived to a very clean house that is well kept. Everything we needed to make meals was there. The location is very central to all of the parks and attractions we wanted to visit. I highly recommend the Miners Brewery next door for a great outside area for food, beer, and outdoor games. Easy to social distance.
The management was very easy to work with. We made a mistake on our dates. They had us checking out a day before we had planned. Luckily, no one was coming that day so they made it really easy and extended our stay without any issues.
Yes, the highway can be noisy as others explained but you get use to it quickly and it becomes a low kind of white noise. It certainly does not ruin the stay.
It is a great place to come back to after long days of sightseeing. We spent many nights out by the fire on the patio.
We enjoyed the cabin very much. We liked how close it was to all the attractions in the area. We really enjoyed the larger fire pit - we could fit 8 chairs around it every night.
This is a beautiful property! It was so comfortable and relaxing. We had a wonderful time. It is centrally located to do all of the fun things in the Black Hills!

Location & house nice. Pillows extremely flat. Absolutely no cell service- internet, call or text. Was told the letter sent stated we could rent a router but it did not. Then none were available when we arrived.
Very much enjoyed our stay at Gully's cabin -- thank you! The bunkhouse was a bonus for three teenage boys to sleep in. The location is very convenient, and it was nice to have Miner Brewing Co. within walking distance for a bite to eat and cold drinks. As others have mentioned, there is traffic noise to be aware of, but certainly would not prevent us from staying there again. The kitchen is quite small, but had all the amenities -- and other than the kitchen, the cabin is spacious with plenty of room and very nice outside areas to enjoy. Great check-in/check-out, and communication with management company. If you need wifi, be aware there is none in the house but you can pick up wifi in town, and at the brewery. We would be happy to stay at this location again next time visiting the area!
The cabin is very large, and nicely furnished and decorated. There are plenty of places to sleep and the kitchen is well furnished with dishes etc. Also it is clean and we had no issues accessing or checking out. There is little or no cell service. To me the biggest negative is that although the cabin is a fair distance away from the road, the road is quite noisy and when you're on the deck or outside the cabin there is more road noise than I would have liked. Other than the road noise which is not noticeable when inside, the location is beautiful. Last, the unit is listed as having air conditioning, which was one of the features we looked for. The air conditioning is a window unit which is quite noisy when running and made it hard to sleep on the couch which is under that window. Last, the added cleaning and required damage insurance made the cost quite a bit higher than the $275/night list price.
We had a great time!! We already booked this BEAUTIFUL cabin for next year!! Thank you for the great vacation lodging! Can't wait to come back!!
