A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath garden home in Austin's newest neighborhood Mueller is available! This is a two story standalone house around a garden courtyard. Only 3.5 miles/10 minute drive downtown and 7 miles to the airport! There's lots to do in the neighborhood, including the Mueller Lake Park with miles of trails, multiple bars, restaurants, stores, an HEB grocery store, an Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, a Farmer's market, sand volleyball courts, a skate park, and The Thinkery Children's museum. This is a great, family friendly neighborhood that's close to the action, but distanced enough for a peaceful stay. A two car garage is available for use. (Some personal items are stacked up on one of the sides, but plenty of room for 2 vehicles to park). There are several outside cameras that cover the front, side, and back entrances to the house, including a video doorbell.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the Mueller neighborhood the first time I visited! It's close to the action (3 miles from downtown), but far enough to be peaceful as well. The neighborhood is home to Mueller Lake, miles of walking/running trails, multiple restaurants and bars, and a neighborhood pool two blocks away.
