We are located in East Texas right between Lake Tawakoni and Lake Fork and only 20-25 minutes from Canton. You will enjoy a detached apartment with plenty of beds upstairs, a pull-out couch downstairs, a full bath, and full kitchen. There is a shuffleboard table in the apartment so you can challenge your friends or family. We also have a 5 acre lake for fishing or just walking around as well as a pool for you to enjoy in the summer months. There is plenty of room to park your boat along with an entrance gate for extra security. Come on out and enjoy the country!

Great Host and Perfect for our Stay

We had a great stay, it was exactly as described and pictured and the host was very accommodating. Comfortable beds and had the things we needed to charge the boat.

Always an amazing host

Wonderful place and great host, I have stayed here multiple times and will return when I am fishing in the area. This is the perfect place for Lake Fork or for Tawakoni.

Beautiful Ranch Setting in Great Location

We were in town fishing a bass tournament on Fork and stayed with the White's at Weeping Willow Ranch. It is a beautiful setting, lots of amenities and only 15 minutes from the lake. It was the perfect accommodations for our needs.

Amazing property! Beautiful, peaceful, clean, quiet, and safe place to stay.

The host are so welcoming and kind! The property is clean and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool provided a nice place to cool off and relax. The views of the pond and livestock was so peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave.

Weeping Willow Ranch-A Lakefront Paradise!

Our stay at Weeping Willow Ranch was exceptional! Both hosts were so kind and accommodating. The property is just beautiful, overlooking a lake complete with a fishing dock, firepit, and pool. Sitting by the pool was my favorite-so beautiful and relaxing. Such a unique place with a lot of thought put into making your stay special. I loved the chandelier hanging from the tree in the pool area. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Property Stay

We were very impressed with our stay. The property is beautiful. The owner was kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The gorgeous pool is an added bonus. One is able to enjoy the views of the lake and livestock. We also enjoyed the owner’s animals. It’s gated which adds an awesome layer of security. Highly recommend!

Lake Fork Fishing Trip

This place was perfect for our stay. We had two trucks and two 21' Bass Boats. We had covered parking for our boats with power to charge and lighting which was great for our early morning starts. The 5 acre lake was fun to catch some more bass in the evening. Everything is as advertised and David was a gracious host who was available but not intrusive. You can't go wrong with this place! BOOK IT!

Great Country Setting, Relaxing and Peaceful

Exactly as advertised and pictured. Cindy greeted us at the house and gave us a quick rundown of information. Just pulling onto the property gave the feeling of country living that we were looking for. Met David that evening as he was feeding the animals. Place overlooks a beautiful pond and nicely manicured lawn. Everything an average couple/group would need was there for the stay. A short hop into nearby small town provided several options for dining out and getting a few things. We were there to shop the Canton 1st Monday Flea Market and was not disappointed. Very friendly Host and a very comfortable home! Thanks ! We will be back!

Girls get away & Canton Trade days trip!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s absolutely Beautiful & peaceful. It’s perfect for a girls getaway or trip for a small family. We spent a lot of time outside by the lake & then by the pool in the evenings after a long day of shopping in Canton Trade days. The bathroom & kitchen are downstairs & very well stocked of anything you might need. The one thing I enjoyed the most was the cast iron claw foot tub, it perfect for a bubble bath & soaking in the evening after a long day. There are five beds upstairs and a changing room for privacy if needed, could even be used as an additional space for the little ones or bring an air mattress. There are pleanty of restaurants near by & only a short drive (20min) into Canton for more shopping and exploring. We felt very safe as the property is gated and with an all lady’s group that is very important to us. If your looking for a weekend getaway or a week long trip you won’t be disappointed with this property, it very comfortable and peaceful. Thank you to the White family for your hospitality, Will be back soon!

Great Family Get Away

We always take a family trip with aunts, grandkids, and grandmother. The place had a pool for those who wanted to relax and a pond for the kids who wanted to fish. We enjoyed a picnic in the grounds and drinking coffee by the pool while swinging. Our hosts were very accommodating and offered great places to visit and eat. We had a great time!!

Beautiful Home!

David and Cindy were amazing! The property is beautiful! The teens in our group thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the beautiful surroundings, feeding the horses, and being able to stay in one room together! The hosts were extremely warm and accommodating. Highly recommend the place. Hope to visit again!

Clean quiet and safe get away!

The house was spotless and had everything you need for a quiet relaxing get away. The host was there to show us around when we arrived and was super nice. The place was gated which was a plus for 2 women by themselves. Will stay again if traveling to Lake Fork next year!

Awesome property, great owner!

This place was just as advertised. Beautiful property that was peaceful and quiet. The property is well kept and very clean. My 11 year old nephew had a blast petting the cows and horses. The owner of the property, David, was extremely courteous and was there to answer any questions we had. If your coming to this area to fish or just need a quiet getaway I would highly recommend this property. Darian Smith
