Cozy Living Close to the Beach

This cozy cottage is a short walk to shopping, dining, and our beautiful beach with bike and walking path. You will feel safe at home in this quiet setting located directly behind the owner's 1882 Creole Cottage. Private parking and a large yard provide lots of space for pets and lounging.
This space includes almost 900 square feet of living area with all the comforts of home. The enclosed front porch has a washing machine and dryer, ironing board, iron and outdoor games. The back porch seating area overlooks the pond and pottery studio.

Charming, comfortable cottage.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at Joy's cottage. It was cozy, comfortable and just a short walk from the beach and the Old Town historic district. A perfect weekend getaway.

Wonderful and convienient property

This property is located one block from the beaches and a short walk to old town Bay St. Louis. The owners are welcoming and provide great information about eating, etc. in town. We will stay here again whenever we visit Bay St. Louis

I had a fantastic stay at Cozy Living Close to the Beach! The home was just as advertised—immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.The location was ideal: tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still just a short walk or quick drive to the beach, with great local restaurants and shops close by.Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout, which made everything even easier.If you're looking for a peaceful retreat that's close to the action but still feels like home, this is it. I’d gladly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. It was comfortable, plenty of space, and loved the location. We enjoyed walks to beach everyday. Downtown was an easy walk as well. Hosts were very pleasant & available if needed.

The cottage was conveniently located in the area we wanted to stay. We had everything we needed to have a quick anniversary celebration. Lovely pottery decorations all over the house. Really pleasant place.

What a quiet and peaceful stay! Joy was a “joy” to work with. This cottage is nicely equipped and beautifully furnished. The nearby restaurants and recommendations were delicious! Joy's Cute Cottage

Joy's cottage house was the perfect place for me to stay to enjoy my family, fun filled weekend in Waveland. The location of the cottage was perfect. Joy was a pleasure to interact with in answering my questions in a timely manner. The cottage was spotless when I arrived, nice comfy bed and treats/snacks left for me to enjoy on my drive home. It was a wonderful weekend with my family and Joy made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here. Great location, close to downtown Bay St. Louis, restaurants and the beach. Hope others will consider staying here and enjoy it as much as I did!

What wonderful space to stay in! Plenty of room for a couple and to have a couple over for drinks. Everything about this cottage is top notch: the furnishings, the kitchen, the decor and….the art work! The outdoor garden-entrance is so charming. Adorable, comfy and quiet

We stayed two nights in this adorable spot. It's close enough to the beach and downtown Bay St. Louis to be walkable, but just far enough away to be quiet, even on Memorial Day weekend. The house is perfect for a couple--one bedroom but plenty of space and a little screened-in porch. Over the years, we have stayed in multiple places all over Bay St. Louis and will definitely be checking availability for this spot first in future.

Excellent choice

Would recommend this cottage. Cozy and clean with a nice garden area to enjoy as well as a screened in back porch for morning coffee. We loved the location. It was quiet, and felt safe and secure. Loved being able to walk 3/4 of a mile to the old town section of Bay St Louis to the shops, bars, and restaurants. Beach and pier were 1/4 away. Joy our host was friendly and helped with recommendations. Will definitely stay here again.
