It is a very nice, basic home right on the beach. Not luxurious but excellent for the price. The manager is superb, will help you with absolutely anything.

Not what I expected. More like camping

Lovely beach in front of house. Very helpful property manager. House was lacking in several areas. The water pump had to be turned on with a breaker fo 45 minutes before any water would make it to the faucets. The downstairs was vapor locked so no water there for one full day. I finally turned on the foot shower and bingo air trapped and when purged we finally got water to downstairs. No hot water upstairs at all in bath. Some of Furniture was falling apart. The floor has several step up and very slick tile. The upstairs bed was an inter spring mattress very uncomfortable. Only a hot plate no stove or A/C. Pool has no filter so you have to drain and refill. It’s a shame as the place has potential
