Located in Magagnosc, this detached villa of 140 m² offers a beautiful panoramic sea view. This beautiful villa in dominant position includes 2 parents bedrooms, 2 children bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Babycare equipment available. Ideal family or 2 couples. The property has a south exposure, nice garden with olive trees, a fenced private swimming pool, a private parking and an orchard of orange trees / citrus trees.

All the living rooms overlook the garden, the swimming pool and the sea view. The 4 bedrooms are upstairs. In addition to the 2 bathroom, there are 2 WC (1 upstairs and 1 ground floor). We have installed a fence so that our 2 and 4 years old children can pass from the living room to the garden in complete safety without being able to go to the swimming pool, the parking or on the rest of the property.

Grasse is 35 km from Nice, 1 hour from Italy (Ventimiglia 80 km), 1h15 from Saint Tropez, 1h30 from the Mercantour National Park, 1h30 from the Gorges du Verdon.

Superbe villa piscine, très propre et tout à fait conforme à la description. Ambiance guinguette sur la terrasse, très agréable pour les BBQ (grande plancha également dispo). Ideal pour les familles. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. A recommander sans réserve!

Nous avons passé deux semaines geniales en août. La location est exactement comme décrite sur le site. Une belle maison propre et fonctionnelle avec une superbe piscine et la cerise sur le gâteau est cette magnifique vue. La région est très jolie et riche en découvertes. Nous n'avons pas pu voir tout ce qu'on voulait visiter c'est pourquoi nous retournerons sans doute et nous n'hésiterons pas à séjourner chez Matthieu et Delphine. Merci à eux de nous avoir loué leur maison.

Séjour très agréable

Maison agréable avec très belle vue mer, dans un coin tranquille sur les hauteurs de Grasse. Une piscine appréciable dans cette région Différents arbres fruitiers pour se régaler Un bob pied à terre accueillant et confortable pour découvrir cette magnifique région Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très faciles et cordiaux et toujours de bons conseils

Wohnen unter Nachbarn

Privater Anbieter in kleiner Wohnstrasse . Matthieu ist ein extrem hilfsbereiter, zuvorkommender, engagierter Vermieter. Sowohl vor Reiseantritt als auch während des Aufenthaltes immer schnelle und gute Kommunikation. Das Haus ist gemütlich, hat alles was man als Urlauber braucht und hat einen phänomenalen Blick bis zum Meer. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll. Die Eigentümer achten auf Nachhaltigkeit und Leben im Einklang mit der Umwelt im positiven Sinne. Pool ist groß und sauber, viele Liegen und Sitzplätze im Garten und eine überdachte Outdoorküche mit Plancha. Eigener PKW parkt auf dem Grundstück und nicht an der Straße. Trotz des heissesten Sommers ( Juli/August 22) seit Wetteraufzeichnung kann man es im Haus dank Ventilatoren und Shutter vor den Fenstern gut aushalten. Die Lage ist toll für Ausflüge ans Meer (Strand in Theole sur Mer 30 Min.) in Städte (Grasse 10 Min, Nizza 30 Min., Cannes 30. Min) in die Berge ( Gourdon30 Min ) und an einen Fluss (Pont du Loup 15 Min) . Unterkunft wirklich zu empfehlen. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern ( oder Hund) reist, sind Pool und Grundstück extrem gut eingezäunt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht gut fussläufig, aber Bäcker ( 5 Min) und Supermärkte ( Opio 10 Min) mit Auto oder Rad gut zu erreichen. Endreinigung kann man über Matthieu dazubuchen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Angela & Jochen are trustworthy and reliable guests. We found them as a very kind family. It was a pleasure to host them and their relatives. The communication before/during/after their stay was excellent. The dog Line - the dog - behaves and no hair remained at the end of the stay. The villa was returned in neat condition. Lovely and spacious. We loved our stay!

The property is quite well located though you do need a car to get around. Grasse is charming. Many interesting visits around. The pool is well secured which was a strong requirement for us and our 3 young kids. The house was clean and tidy. We loved our stay!

Wunderschönes Haus im Landhausstil. Sehr sauber, mit tollem großen Pool. Der Urlaub war ein Traum. Was man wissen muss, zum Strand braucht man mit dem Auto fast eine halbe Stunde. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit! TOP!!!! Absolute Empfehlung!!!! „Merci Matthieu pour le bon temps“

Excellent accueil et maison tres agreable

On s’y est senti comme chez nous. Nos enfants ont pu profiter des nombreux jouets mis a leur disposition ainsi que de l'exterieur bien securise. Bien placee pour visiter la region (voiture indispensable). Attention compter une bonne demi-heure pour rejoindre la mer. Excellent contact avec les proprietaires. Nous reviendrons!

Great property

We had a wonderful stay. The owners are charming people and the contact was excellent as we spoke a several times during our stay just to ensure we were settled and had all we needed. The house is actually better than in the pictures. No hesitation in recommending it to family or friends.
