Modular living room in sleeping area (convertible sofa and separation curtain). Bathroom. Separate toilets. Separate kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cleaning products provided. Bedroom with 140x190 bed and cupboard.

Everything is accessible on foot: the beach, restaurants, cinema, rue Saint Jean.
Small clean and kind dogs accepted (after agreement).

Emplacement idéal pour profiter du centre ville et de la plage. Appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut avec la pièce à vivre très ensoleillée. Disponibilité pour l’accueil et le départ. Réactivité pour mise à disposition de draps.Attention le wifi est faible même pour simplement regarder la télévision et la location est à l’ancienne : le lit n’est pas fait à l’arrivée (normal les draps ne sont pas fournis) et vous devez faire le ménage au départ (vous pouvez demander le tout encore faut-il y penser)

Je suis arrivée samedi avec mes deux garçons. L’appartement n’était pas propre. Je l’ai fait remarquer à la dame. C’est aux locataires d’avant de nettoyer, si c’est mal fait : tant pis pour vous ! Sachant que la crasse ne date pas de quelques jours avant. Manque d'entretien général. La douche ne s’évacue pas. L’eau stagnante est écoeurantePas de papier toilette, torchon, sopalin, sac poubelle ! C’est ma faute du propriétaire qui ne fait jamais les courses et qui n’achète pas de quoi nettoyer correctement d’après la dame qui nous a donné les clefs. J’ai nettoyé à mon arrivée et fait les courses. Les glaces et vitres sont grasses de traces de doigts et de nez de chiens collés.. je ne reviendrai plus.
J’ai dû nettoyer le murs à côté du lit. Pleins de traces collantes.. sympa quand on dort à côté !

Abritel annonce sur son site appartement adapté pour les handicapés c'est faux 2 etages mais escaliers en colimaçon. De plus il annoce pas loin du centre c'est vrai et endroit calme c'est faux. Par contre rien à dire très bel appartement très bien accueilli.

Appartement très bien placé. À deux pas de la rue de Paris, et de la plage. (Stationnement excessivement cher 2h/heure 7j/7j.) Il manque un peu de vaisselle ( ex : tasse à café et verres) je sais pas s’il faut demandé à réservation. La personne que nous accueille Mlle Macquet très gentil et arrangent. Hésitez pas à réserver si vous cherchez une location au Touquet.
