D. in analytical chemistry, retired, living in Quebec, Canada, my wife and I travelled in different countries (Cuba, Domican Republic, Mexico, Spain, USA : Florida, California, Wisconsin, New York city), England, France, Belgium, .... and Costa Rica (3 times), country with which we fell in love because of its wonderful landscape, wildlife, friendly and peaceful inhabitants and fantastic climate.
It's why we bought this condo, to spend more time in this country and to welcome and share the beauties of this place with people having the same tastes.

Why they chose this property
Intimate location with only 19 units on 2 floors !!! Quiet, but next to the beach and downtown. Spacious housing luxury fully equipped with large swimming pool, kids bath, jacuzzi, extremely well fitted out (slide, waterfall, numerous deckchairs, parasols, beautiful lanscaping) with common covered space giving access to the BBQ and the playing and rest room.
Restaurants, small food shops, post office, farmers' market (feria) on thursday and friday, medical center just few minutes away by foot. Supermarket (Mas por menos) 10 min. away by foot.
