A big thank you to Catherine and Stéphane who were amazing hosts for our stay in their fantastic seafront apartment. With stunning views across the bay, the property is beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and equipped with everything you might need. Whether you want to stroll through the streets and visit the markets, take a walk along the seafront or go for a coastal bike ride, La Baule is definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Avec bienveillance, quelques remarques

nous souhaitons faire part, avec bienveillance, de quelques remarques concernant l’état de propreté à notre arrivée.Surtout avec le standing présentaient sur les photos ( son prix!) En effet, certains éléments nous ont un peu surpris, notamment la présence importante de poussière, et odeur de moisissure sur les murs des chambres. ce qui a été difficile pour les membres de notre groupe sensibles ou allergiques. L’évier de la cuisine et les toilettes n’étaient pas parfaitement nettoyés, la poubelle dégagait une odeur assez forte ainsi que les toilettes , et plusieurs surfaces (notamment les robinets, pommeaux de douche, et portes de placards) etaient visiblement marquées de nombreuses empreintes. Nous avons également trouvé des cheveux sur les draps loués, ce qui a pu donner une impression de manque de soin.Nous comprenons que des imprévus puissent survenir entre deux locations, mais cela a rendu notre installation un peu moins agréable, d’autant que nous avons dû procéder à un nettoyage dès notre arrivée. D’autre part, à souligner : le balcon et la vue panoramique sur la baie etaient sublimes ! Et l’appartement est très bien situé et pas chaud !Un petit geste du propriétaire aurait été bienvenu etant donné le désagrément mais rien n’a été fait.

Très agréable séjour dans un appartement tout confort et très bien situé..

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un appartement très agréable, très lumineux, très bien exposé avec très belle vue sur la baie, la plage et donc face mer, devant un club nautique et très bien aménagé. Emplacement très central sur le remblai, bien placé vis à vis des zones commerçantes et du marché. Rénovation complète donc appartement, cuisine, salle de bain... aux normes de confort actuelles, ce qui est très appréciable, et la décoration est superbe. De plus, un grand merci à Céline pour son accueil et sa ponctualité. Un regret : l'absence de garage à vélo pour y ranger son vélo et l'absence d'espace de rangement en dehors de l'appartement pour y ranger des affaires de voile ( combinaison...) ou un sac de paddle ou de kite... Devoir tout laisser dans la voiture et sur la voiture (vélo) peut poser problème!! alors que le lieu et l'emplacement sont idéaux pour pratiquer le vélo et les activités nautiques en toute sécurité. Très bel appartement, bien agencé, bien décoré, idéalement situé face à la plage, très agréable à vivre. Petit bémol : la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil et du départ des vacanciers n'est pas très rigoureuse (avait oublié notre jour et heure de départ malgré notre envoi d'un sms la veille pour rappel. Difficile à joindre par téléphone).

Très bon accueil du propriétaire et de son fils. L'appartement est au top, L'aménagement et la déco sont faits avec gout.
