This property was perfect for our first-ever sisters' trip. Our group included three sisters (ages 76-67), a daughter-in-law, a niece (age 37) plus two of her friends. The hot tub was our favorite spot--it was so clean and worked so well. The dock was awesome with great seating areas. We enjoyed roasting hot dogs on the fire pit; they were so good over the fire!The house is beautiful and just as presented. The common areas were very welcoming. The layout of the house is really perfect and we all enjoyed having our own space. We would definitely rent this property again.Kerrie was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated her attentiveness to our questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very nice place. Right on the water was definitely a plus as we had a couple of fishermen who enjoyed it every morning. Lots of room for all of us. Would recommend this place and we may possibly use it again in the future

Great location for a golf trip with the boys or for a family getaway. Perfectly located, lots of room at the property, direct access to the lake and within minutes of many golf courses and attractions

Had a great time!

The few minor hiccups we had were handled swiftly and efficiently by Kerri, the owner. The house has so much room and everyone was pleased with their accommodations. Location was superb, easy access to local shopping and of course the lake. Definitely stay there again and recommend it to all.

Great Thanksgiving Weekend

This was our 3rd family Thanksgiving weekend stay at this property. Lots of room for 10 adults and a baby. Location is perfect. The owner was very easy to deal with and outstanding with granting our requests. Would definitely go back again.

Great place for a family weekend

This was a great place for our family of 11 adults to get away for the weekend. The weather was wonderful and allowed us to take full advantage of the outdoor spaces, especially the dock during the daytime and the hot tub and firepit in the evening. There was plenty of room in the house for us to gather together. Hope to return next year!

Great place!!

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our time at the Townsend lake house retreat!! it had plenty of space for the group that we brought, paddle boards were a blast, all the games to be able to play inside we’re a hit, and the quiet Cove location was great! Fun times with Family

This home was amazing, no one had any complaints about anything. Some of our group love to fish so that was very relaxing for them. We played cards, laughed talked, ate, the game room fun. I myself loved the decor throughout the home. Made you feel like you were at home.
