Beautiful decorated, new 2 bedroom casita nestled in a safe, upscale neighborhood located in Fallbrook, California, features breathtaking sunset views from the 3/4 wrap around deck with sliding glass doors that overlooks the gorgeous views to the new
home of the new Via Monserate (100 acres) winery/vineyard with several venues.

The casita is 860 sq. ft. and is beautifully furnished with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen ready to prepare your favorite meals. The two bedrooms include one king size bed and one double bed. Both include comfortable memory foam mattresses and beautiful linens. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is one full bathroom with amenities.

This is a private standalone casita that accommodates up to four guest with dedicated parking in front of the casita. This is also ideal for corporate stays.

Guest have dedicated parking and full deck access.

Snowbird stay while visiting family

A beautiful Casita and the views are spectacular. They have done such a great job with decorating, stocking and landscaping. The care they have put into all the succulent plants adds so much beauty and interest. We loved the deck on all the sides and furnished and decorated for you comfort. Bianca is so hospitable, we arrived and there was fresh croissants with butter and jam waiting under a glass cover and fresh fruit that we had to pinch to see if it was real. I never imagined being treated so well. We had privacy but really enjoyed when they stopped to visit or check in to see if we needed anything. They were A+++ hosts. We loved every minute here. They thought of everything.

Beautiful, Quiet, and Private

Bianca and Jaime are the most welcoming and wonderful hosts. From the beginning of our stay, right to the end, there was top notch communication. The casita had plenty of room to spread out for my husband and I, and the 2nd bedroom was a real bonus since my husband (though he denies it) ... snores. The peace and quiet of this area is sooo wonderful! We certainly appreciated how well stocked it was, with everything from bottled water, to coffee/tea, and loads of bathroom products. We highly recommend this property, and its' lovely hosts!

Wonderful Casita

We had a wonderful time during our month stay. The hosts have all the details covered. The property has great amenities and Bianca and Jiamez were so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Fallbrook area.

You would be hard pressed to find a nicer place to stay. The Casita is well maintained, well stocked and owned and operated by two of the nicest and most accommodating people we have had the pleasure of meeting.

Jaime is a retired Paramedic Captain from Santa Monica, Calif. and has retired after 32 years of service. Jaime grew up in Los Angeles and and was educated in the LA system thru college. Bianca retired from the Steel Industry as a Outside Sales Representative after 30 years.

Why they chose this property

We both love the serene and quiet nature Fallbrook has to offer, with acreage. We were trying to get away from all the hussle and bustle of the Los Angeles experience. We both love it here and made a great decision to move to Fallbrook.

What makes this property unique

We love the beautiful rolling views and the upscale neighborhood our house sits on. This property overlooks the old Fallbrook Golf Course and the soon to be Monserate Winery. It will be 100 beautiful acres of grapes adding to the beauty of the Gird Valley.
