The property is located on Spring Lake (a gated community,) has its own private entrance, 2 private balconies & a designated parking space for your vehicle. Shopping, Restaurants and Mall only 5 minutes away! Only 30 minutes away from beautiful natural springs, 17 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 35 minutes from Universal and Disney Parks! Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The amenities were as advertised and it was conveniently located to the things we came to the Orlando area for. We would recommend it to any couple visiting the norhside of Greater Orlando.

Super nice place. Beautiful neighborhood and the location is great! The owners could not have been nicer. Super fast to reply to any questions but left me be so I felt like I had plenty of privacy. Just a really nice VRBO and I definitely recommend!

Amazing Vacation stay

Beautiful setting.

Absolutely beautiful home and setting. Loved sitting on the balcony. Very clean and well equipped, with quality furniture. Our only disappointment was that the leather chairs pictured in the living room had been replaced with a saggy, worn black leather loveseat which was quite uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Gina was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again for sure if the loveseat was replaced.

Great property, great stay, great hosts, great location!

This place has it all!! Quiet, safe, nice neighborhood. Perfect property for my stay. Place is as described -- very comfortable one bedroom with everything you need. Kitchen is well appointed allowing me to avoid higher cost restaurant meals throughout my stay. Layout was great. I was working remotely and the wifi was faster than I have at home or at the office. Communication with the host was terriffic. Next time I'm in the area, I"ll be looking forward to returning to this place. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Great stay, great hosts, great location!

Quaint upstairs guesthouse above the garage. The location was quiet and safe. Lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was a little too firm for me and the pillows were as well. However, this didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay.
