Casa bonita pero demasiado animales!

La casa era muy bonita y los dueños también, muy serviciales y educados!! Lo único problema que hemos tenido fue con los animales. Nos encantan, pero habían tortugas (muchas, mas de 20!) en cada sitio, también en la piscina.. y conejos! El jardín de la casa estupendo pero desafortunadamente con excremento de animales en todos los lados.. Puede ser estupendo para algunas personas pero mejor saberlo antes que llegar😅!

Bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la propriété d’Ignacio. Le jardin est plein de surprises et la piscine est un vrai plus ! La maison est face à l’estuaire (ce qui peut amener des odeurs parfois désagréables) mais elle est bien située : 15min en voiture de l’hypermarché Auchan en Espagne, 10min à pied de la gare d’Hendaye, 10min en voiture de la plage. Comme nous avions des vélos mis à disposition, nous avons pu emprunter la piste cyclable qui mène à la plage en 15min ! Des bornes de vélos électriques sont aussi mis à disposition par la ville. De belles vacances qui resteront dans l’esprit de mes amis et moi-même où nous avons vraiment pu profiter de ce qu’avait à offrir la maison et la région. Merci beaucoup Ignacio !

Très bien

Très belle maison avec beau jardin. Le cadre est très bien mais il faut vraiment prévoir des vélos pour rejoindre la plage et la base nautique. L'accueil a été très bon, les gens charmants. Mobilier un peu vieillot et trop chargé.

Un lugar especial con mucho sabor.

Nos recibieron muy bien y nos informaron y facilitaron las cosas. Muy buena comunicación con los anfitriones y nos facilitaron mucho las cosas. Estupenda situación, amplitud y comodidad. Sitios cercanos que visitar magníficos.

La casa tiene un jardín maravilloso, con peces y tortugas, y muchas sorpresasssss....del que se disfruta mucho con buen tiempo, el interior es amplio y cómodo, incluyendo las habitaciones, con una decoración de distintos países abundante, muy atípica e interesante. Hay bicis en la casa, para dar un paseo por los alrededores. La situación de la casa inmejorablecon vistas al Bidasoa y por las noches corre brisa, con lo que abriendo los ventanales/puertas se duerme fresquito. A un paseito en coche la playa y un camino ajardinado muy bonito y recomendable. A pocos kilómetros se pueden visitar pueblos preciosos tanto en la costa, como en el interior. Una estancia estupenda y muy recomendable. Volveremos.

La maison est belle surtout Le jardin. Les enfants sont très ravis avoir de Grand jardin . Le boulangerie est juste à côté Et Le pain ou baguette sont bons. Il y a tout à la maison. Beaucoup de verres assiettes tout tout. C'est génial ça. Il n'y a un chose les lits des parents font beaucoup de bruits Juste pour tourner à côté ou mettre ta couette Il fait vraiment beaucoup bruit. C'est dommange. C'est importante Le sommeil surtout apres La plage. J'ai préféré dormir par terre car tu dors mieux. Peut être que vous pouvez changer les lits? Ça va être super. C'est importants vraiment Le Sommeil La nuits Sinon tout va bien. Faire de Velo jusqu'à plage Hendaye super 10minutes à Velo super. Car La Voiture un peu dur de trouver les places à côté de la plage. Mais les vélos non. Juste à côté La plage. On plus La place de parking à côté La plage c'est payement. Si vous arrivez à 14h jusqu'à 19h 2 euros Ça va. Les places sont dure à chercher les samedis Et dimanche il y a beaucoup de monde mais si vous arrivez Le Matin peut être c'est bon les places. Je ne pourrai pas vous dire car nous arrivons toujours l'après midi à 14h La plage Hendaye c'est vraiment pour la Famille Il y a moins de magasin ça c'est bien . On dépense moins 😉😉😉 Aussi manger des tapas c'est bon. Juste un petit bateau de 5 minutes tu es déjà à Espagne ça c'est super. Faire des courses pour nourriture il y Acampo = Auchan 10 minutes en voiture en Espagne c'est moins cher. Pour les nourritures said les viande Sinon les fromage Et saucisson sont bons et moins cher. Les marchés de la l'église de Hendaye Et marche de casino Hendaye sont bien. Surtout il y a une personne dans le marché de casino qui fait ses légumes et fruits . Ça c'est importante Voila Voila Mais il faut faire en Voiture si vous allez au marché Ça va être dure pour pédaler. Sinon il y a ausdi location de Velo pas loin Le plage Et décathlon C'est pas mal aussi. Je vous remercie Madame Et Monsieur Ignacio Vous êtes toujours disponible chaque fois il y a des questions. La maison et le jardin sont magnifiques. Un peu trop d'objets fragiles quand il y a de jeunes enfants. S'il vous plait laissez un peu d'espace dans les placards de la cuisine!!!!!

Très agréable

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Le jardin est vraiment très sympa. La maison est bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Elle est également très bien placée, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage et du centre d'Hendaye. Pour finir, nous avons été très bien accueillis et Ignacio a vraiment été réactif, disponible et toujours sympathique pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons passé de très bons moments, merci :o)

charming and relaxing

Had a wonderful stay here. The owner met us on arrival, and was very helpful answering questions. He also had backup from a neighbor if we had missed him. This home was a treat. It exceeded our expectations. The home's age, decoration, and gardens offered a charm lacking in other vacation rentals (re: condos). And though an old home, kitchens and baths have been tastefully updated, providing modern amenities. And it was roomy. We were a group of seven and there was ample room to stretch out, with four separate bedroom spaces including three bedrooms on the second floor and the third floor loft. The location is private and quiet, fronting the river. The grounds include two garden spaces, one with a small pond and two chairs was great for reading. The other large garden is on the river side and surrounded by hedges for privacy. It was a great place to relax ( two hammocks) and for outdoor dining. The house has a well equipped kitchen, and there was a grill, if you like to eat in. Sadly, the nearby bakery had closed, but there was an excellent market up the road, in easy walking distance. Would advise, the drive could be a little tight for some cars. We had a large van which was accommodated with a little maneuvering. Two cars might have been a challenge, but one car would be no problem at all. We would heartily recommend this house. Our party only wished our stay could have been longer.

A true taste of Basgue Country

Ignacio's home was a truly wonderful experience. Lots of room, quiet at night, a five minute walk to the nearest bakery in the morning. Ignacio was very communicative right from the start, answering questions as they arose in the months and weeks leading up to our stay. His neighbors were very friendly and accommodating in letting us in. Hendaye is a hidden gem of a town, less well known than St Jean de Luz. The beach, surfing and weather are very similar to southern California in the summer. Lots of great restaurants you can ride a bike to, and the train station is 10 minute walk if you want to hop over to San Sebastian and have some tapas. We had a great time, and would definitely go back.
