70 m2 well-kept wooden summer cottage situated on 11,000 m2 protected nature ground with forest and hills.
'A place for real nature lovers'. Spacious path system with benches around it. From the ground, you can enjoy the sunset with fjord scenery and Hanklit's pier cliff. Combined dining and living room. Exit to terrace with garden furniture and children furniture. 2 rooms (1DB)+(3/4 B). Annex with bunk bed for 4 persons. Sauna. Place for bonfire. Row boat beside Gullerup Strand. Walking path to the beach is about 1,500 meter. Baby cot and chair.
