High-quality furnishings create a nice, pleasant atmosphere. Two couches await in the living room near the fireplace. Between internet browsing on the WiFi and cable on the flatscreen TV, you've got all you need to stay entertained.

The brand new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Leave the dishwasher to work on cleaning up as you watch the sunset, before heading to one of the three bedrooms for bed. Between a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the second room, and a another king-size bed in the third bedroom, and sofa-bed in living room everyone will have a lovely place to sleep. There's also a laundry in garage for your convenience.

Wonderfully peaceful

We had a great stay at this property! Plenty of room for everyone, clean and well-maintained, and a truly peacefully quiet oasis. We had everything we needed. We plan to rent here again!

Great location for all the beaches in the area. Kids were able to fish right out back, catching catfish, trout, snapper, and jacks. We saw manatees in the bay. Several ice cream spots within ten minute drive made it easy to find a treat each evening. The shopping centers nearby were convenient to pick up what we needed for our stay after flying to the area. The screen around the pool was awesome for keeping out all the mosquitos while we swam in the evenings.

Back bay Vamo

Excellent property with open floor plan and beautiful views of Sarasota Bay. Great swimming pool in a lanai with comfortable seating area. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Hurricane Milton

Best host ever, the hurricane started, water coming in the house, outside water to our hips and the host wife came and took us to another house. They were exceptional! Beautiful house!!! Will rent from them again!

Great Property and Setting

We stayed at the property with three families with for a soccer showcase event at IMG Academy, and really enjoyed are stay. The setting on the water is beautiful and relaxing, and the description and photos of the house on VRBO were an accurate depiction of the property. If you enjoy fishing, its also a great fishing spot with several different species that you can fish for right of the backyard.

LOOK NO FURTHER

I stayed at this wonderful home for 3 days with my husband and our 19 year old daughter.....we also brought our small dog. This was our first VRBO experience and we were so happy we picked this home. It was extremely clean and the owner had thought about almost everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We are very grateful to the owner and had a tremendous experience. Only 2 words to say to our host THANK YOU!.

What a view!

The house was awesome. Exactly as pictured. The host provides everything you will need and more. He was very responsive as well. The pictures do not do the view justice. We spent alot of our time fishing, swimming in the pool and enjoying the view. The location is perfect pretty much 10-15 mins from everything. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood!

Our family of 4 stayed the last week of April in shoulder season after spring break and before the mass of tourists. The place is very clean and comfortable. Had coffee every morning by the pool while watching fish jump in the intercoastal water way. Watched a beautiful sunset each night with a drink over the same water while kids played in the heated pool. The house is in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds of siesta key village (about 15 minutes) but close enough to the beach to load up the supplied beach chairs and umbrella to head over any time. We made trips to St Aramands Circle / Lido Key Beach (22 mins) and Longboat Key (35 mins). Beds were comfortable and two large smart TVs in main areas as well as one in Master bedroom were great to end the day. Kids had their own room. Plenty of closets and modern washer/dryer was nice to go home with all clean cloths in the suitcase! Five minute drive to Sarasota Publix, Target, gas stations, restaurants. Enjoyed the stay.

Nightmare

We were there during Hurricane and in Level A which was asked to evacuate. Host would not refund unused nights. I had paid for 8 nights and had to leave after 3 nights. He changed the booking and put the house back up as rentable after the hurricane passed to rent again. So he kept my money and wouldn’t allow me back in house after hurricane passed and tried to rent to someone else in hopes of getting paid twice. Didn’t care a family had to leave because of a hurricane and kept unused nights money.

Great view of the bay

The house is beautifully decorated and was very clean when we arrived. The pool was cold and when I contacted the owner, he got on it right away. The pool heater had quit working and had to get an electrician in to take care of it. It did start getting warmer but not quite warm enough. We had several cool days so that didn't help. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. No tv in bedrooms but we knew that when we rented it. The owner was very easy to get in touch with and promptly responded to my questions. He was even kind enough to let us check out 2 hours late even though he had someone coming in right after us. I would rent this home again if the owner would put a tv in the master bedroom.

Just a getaway

The house was very clean and well stocked with all your kitchen needs. There were beach towels and chairs so everything was readily available for going to the surrounding beaches. The bay gave us beautiful views and pretty wildlife and we really didn't want to leave. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place to stay and close access to all the great beaches. The property manager was great to deal with,when we had questions and quick to answer. Just a great vacation here.

Wonderful vacation

We stayed for a month from mid January to mid February. It was my husband and me, and for one week, a few friends. The house is nice and was spotless when we arrived. The pool was great. The view was always nice, but spectacular at sunset. We saw dolphins once. The house is well equipped too. The owner was very responsive.

Excellent water front property for our family

We really enjoyed our stay. Watching the sunset from the pool was a highlight. The views are great and we saw lots of wild life, including a family of otters. I had good luck fishing behind the property. There was ample space for our family to spread out. The inside is larger than we expected. The property is located close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and not too far from the beaches. The host is very attentive and the communication was prompt. We will stay here again in the future.

Sarasota getaway

This house was perfect to visit our family.it was nice to have all the accommodations of home while being away from home. No problems at all with the home. Kids loved the pool more than the beach. The bay view with a full moon is breathtaking!

Only thing wrong was our timing!

This is a beautiful house with an outstanding view of Sarasota Bay. The furnishings are comfortable and good looking and the all important comfortable beds are there. The owner is easy to deal with and responsive and also maybe one of the nicest I’ve rented from over the years. I know now why they have so very many great reviews. They definitely earned them. Unfortunately, we flew in right before Hurricane Milton. The owner was so good to us through the whole thing and we hope to go back someday and enjoy this home in good weather. If you’re looking to rent in the Sarasota area, you will love this house!
