• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

The pool nor hot tub was enjoyable. I paid 239 to have the pool and hot tub heated before arrival, and neither was heated. The hot tub stayed empty during our three day stay and the pool was only warm one day after I sent several emails. The maintenance guy came out to see why they were not hot, and he discovered something was broke, but I was told before my arrival the pool/hot tub heat was on. The representative I spoke with told me to send an email asking for a refund.

The property is advertised as 7 rooms downstairs and there is only 3. The reason I picked this place is for the location of rooms. I had a lot of elderly family members that had problems walking up stairs. Other than that everything else was fine.

Enjoyable Stay

The house looked like the photos, it was a little worn in places as you would expect, but overall was exactly what we were expecting based on the online photos and it was clean. We were a group of 15 from the UK and used the house as a base to visit the Disney parks so didn't spend that much time there, however there was ample space for us all to relax, the wifi worked throughout the property and the beds were comfortable. We chose to heat the pool which was a good choice and would recommend. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Vacation 2023

The vacation was great but the house was not cleaned properly. There was roaches, missing blinds, missing towel bar and toilet paper holder. There was a broken trashcan lid in one of the bathrooms. The mirrors were dirty, dust was everywhere. That was a broken cabinet door in one of the bathrooms. One of the bed headboard was leaning . I just wish they would clean better and not just change the sheets and towels. I was very dissatisfied.

Great Potential but Ran Down. Needs a Major Make over

The week of the trip we had 2 homes side by side with guest full to capacity. This house was horribly dirty and ran down. Now, when I booked it I read the horrible reviews about the place being dirty and things being broken. However, I booked it 1 year in advance so I thought with the complaints things would be fixed. Not remotely close. The house was not cleaned and we paid a cleaning fee. Cabinets doors were hanging off, sink clogged up, 1 refrigerator didn’t work and the stove didn’t work. They turned off the internet the day before and my family couldn’t check in for their flights. The blinds were broken, there was no grill as promised the gates were broken, the pool sticks had no tips the carpet Was disgusting and the white sofa was filthy. I was doing a walk through at the other house and the cleaning lady said that the house was clean next door which was a lie. They wanted me to call while I was there with the pre existing complaints with all of those people in the house and acting like they would have fixed the stuff. They are money hungry and don’t care anything about their rental properties or guest.

The worst place to ever stay

The people on but sides of us party all day and night. We got a parking ticket for $25 because they say we blocked the sidewalk which we didn’t. One of the family members car got towed because it wasn’t enough parking and he parked on the side . We had to spend out $175 for that . No pots or pans were at the house and we called the on call number about that and they stated they will bring some out. But never did, the oven wouldn’t work. After all of this and not enjoying ourselves we all decided to pack and leave out early we couldn’t stay another night. We need some of our money back we will never book here again

the property was good overall. However, some of the fine cleaning details were not met such as crevices in the shower and the first bedroom downstairs was dirty on the bedrails near the mattress. Also my niece found a candy bar (unopened) under a bed upstairs. The outside patio table hadn't been cleaned. This is a large house to clear but like I said overall it was ok. Very spacious. For a space big enough for 20, there were no large pots for cooking or bowls, so we had to go out and purchase some and had to figure a way to get them packed in our luggage since we traveled by air.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE

I’ve been coming to Orlando for the last 15 years and this was the dirtiest most unmaintined house I’ve ever been in. Houses 10 years older then this were in better condition. Linen was dirt, carpet was filthy, door handles broken, pool table broken, refrigerator missing most the shelves, beds were broken I can go on and on this was literally the worst house and VRBO didnt even try to correct the situation or refund the money! If u wanna enjoy ur vacation STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE!

Cleaning needs help

The house itself is nice. It was big enough for everyone with extra space. We had 8 adults and 5 kids staying. However, the cleanliness of this place could be better. One bed had crumbs and wrappers in it the first night we got there. That told us that the sheets were not changed, which prompted us to strip all the beds and wash the sheets. Not what we wanted to do on our first day there. There was trash in under beds and the couch. The outside also had trash under the patio furniture. Parking can be a problem. You can only fit 2 cars in the driveway, and they say no parking on the street. One of our couples received a ticket. The water in the kitchen sink never got hot. It was even warm water. We had internet the first 2 days, and then lost it. I needed the internet to stay in contact with work. Called maintenance on Tuesday morning, they said someone would be there that day. Nobody showed up. I called again on Wednesday morning, was put on hold for 7 minutes, then told someone would be there that day. A maintenance guy showed up, but couldn't fix the problem. He said he was going to the office and someone else would be back that day. Nobody showed up. Called again on Thursday, was told they couldn't fix the problem and would have to contact the provider. Needless to say, we left Saturday morning still with no internet.

BIG FAMILY STAY

when we arrived to the house we noticed it dirty it wasn’t cleaned properly from the previous people, then our fridge wasn’t working properly the freezer wasn’t working i called that same night and they were able to send someone out there the following day in the morning considering it was a sunday, other than that the stay was good overall ! we all enjoyed the pretty spacious house & it had a pool table which we really enjoyed! & we had stores really close so over all i give this house a 4/5 our stay was great loved it !

The home was everything that we needed. Great for relaxation. The neighbors were extremely loud and didn’t abide by the community rules for noise. That was the only bad experience that we had.

However we paid for the whole stay on Pool Heating and there is where my stars go down. 4 days not working properly and also we got the BBQ pit all dirty from previous guest use. Few things wrong

The property was very nice they could of clean it a little better and took more time with the pool water turned green we called for 3 days trying to figure out what to do with the trash there wasn’t a outside can for it. But overall we would stay again
