Discover Alsace and stay in our gîte (4 * ADT classification) with a capacity of 6 people, in a brand new contemporary house located in Heidolsheim.
A small village in central Alsace, Heidolsheim is the ideal starting point for visiting the region, being halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg and close to the Wine Route and its picturesque villages such as Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr or Kaysersberg.

The cottage is in a 130 m2 detached house and has all the comforts for a successful stay.

The house was designed with particular care to the issues of insulation and energy consumption (reinforced insulation of walls and roof, double-flow CMV, Canadian well, LED lighting and reversible air conditioning, ... ) and has a home automation system.
Close to 'passive' certification, the house offers optimal comfort in both summer and winter.

Description of the gîte:
- spacious living / dining room of almost 50 m2 with large picture windows, with relaxation area and flat screen TV, DVD player;
- equipped kitchen, open to the living room, with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, bar area;
- 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own dressing room: 2 bedrooms with 1.60 x 2 m bed, 1 bedroom with single beds of 0.90 x 2 m (cot on request);
- bathroom with double sink, blowing towel dryer, large walk-in shower of 0.90 x 1.80 m, washing machine. Separate WC with hand basin;
- 28 m2 wooden terrace with garden furniture, green space;
- carport garage and parking space.

Non smoking cottage.
WIFI access.
Animals are not allowed.

Prices :
100 € per night (2 nights minimum) + cleaning fee of 50 €.
Weekly rental only during school holidays.
Electricity extra (€ 0.20 / Kwh).
Bed linen is provided (supplement of € 10 per room).
Payment of a 25% deposit upon booking, the balance (excluding electricity consumption) upon delivery of the keys.
Security deposit of 500 €, to be paid upon arrival.
A certificate of liability insurance / vacation is to be provided at the latest on arrival.
