Raised ground floor (F3) of a seafront villa, 'feet in the water', direct access to the beach, in a quiet area, the main traffic lane being on the third line. Free parking at the back of the house.
Villa comprising a floor reserved for the owner, the ground floor being intended for rental (F3 of 60 m2 with free wifi, possibility of air conditioning with supplement). Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven and small household appliances; 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with two 90 bunk beds, beds fitted with mattress protectors, pillow protectors and duvets). The bed linen is provided. Air conditioning is at an additional cost. End of stay cleaning is not included.
Valras Plage is a family seaside resort located 20 km from BEZIERS, with a charming marina, a local market as well as a casino and wild beaches nearby. The surroundings and the region will give you the opportunity to discover classified monuments (BEZIERS, the Canal du Midi, Carcassonne, Tautavel, Sète, Agde etc ...) festivals and seasonal exhibitions (Feria, VALRAS or BEZIERS concerts). You will find many family attractions in the resort. Near the rental: mini-market, newsagent, hot spot, pizzas, restaurants, pharmacy, regional products etc ... open from May to October. The city center is 30 minutes' walk away with many shops open all year round.

Strandurlaub

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach nur perfekt und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Strand ist vor der Haustür. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin sehr freundlich empfangen obwohl wir kein französisch sprechen. Ein ganz kleiner Minuspunkt - es gibt keinen privaten Parkplatz. Das war aber in der Nachsaison kein großes Problem. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.

Tolle Wohnung direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung ist wundervoll. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist neu und geschmackvoll, Betten sind gut, Küche sehr modern. Highlight und Hauptaufenthaltsort war natürlich die sehr große Terrasse. Dank der Lage ist diese spätestens ab Mittag weitestgehend schattig. Man hat Blick über die Dünen direkt aufs Meer und ist dort in einer halben Minute hingelaufen. Einzig zu beachten ist, dass es keinen privaten Stellplatz zum Haus gibt. Dies hatten wir nach dem Inserat anders verstanden, war aber vielleicht auch unser Fehler. Man muss die freien Parkplätze auf der Straße nutzen. Dies ist am Morgen und am Abend unproblematisch, Mittags und am Wochenende kann es sein, dass man länger suchen muss. Die Wohnung ist aber so perfekt, dass dies zu verschmerzen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Zudem sind die Gastgeber ausgesprochen freundlich und sympathisch.

Ein ganz toller Urlaub !

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war von vorne bis hinten gelungen und wir haben die Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief reibungslos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung ganz sicher wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen möchten! Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Hier ist wirklich alles perfekt!

Wir konnten unseren zweiwöchigen Sommerurlaub in diesem wundervollen Haus genießen. Es ist wirklich perfekt und noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einmalig und wir haben das Frühstück, das Mittagessen und das Abendessen auf dieser wundervollen Terrasse mit Meerblick sehr genossen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die tolle Ausstattung! Die Küche bietet viele hochwertige Elektrogeräte und nahezu alles was man braucht, um selbst ein leckeres Essen zu zaubern. (Nur einen Weinkühler für den tollen Rosé der Besitzer und eine Krebszange haben wir vermisst;-) Ein Marktstand - der frische regionale Produkte (Obst, Gemüse, Baguette, Fleisch, Säfte etc...) anbietet, ist direkt an der Straßenecke. Wir haben das Auto kaum benötigt - außer für den Besuch im nahegelegenen Hafen, um dort frische Muscheln und Meeresfrüchte zu kaufen. Der Strand ist - wie überall an dieser Küste - feinsandig und flachabfallend und wird hier jeden Morgen gereinigt. Im Haus gibt es einen Sonnenschirm und Stühle für den Strand. Auch dies war ein besonderes Plus. Ausdrücklich zu erwähnen, ist die herzliche Vermieterin, die uns ein herrlich sauberes Haus übergeben hat, uns zwei Flaschen eines wirklich fantastischen Weins aus dem eigenen Weingut bei Ankunft bereitgestellt hat und uns tolle Tipps - besonders das kleine aber feine und vor allem authentische Restaurant fanden wir toll - gegeben hat. Auch die Verabschiedung bei unserer Rückreise ist besonders herzlich ausgefallen.

Frau Bru war sehr herzlich und bei jeder Frage zur Stelle. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, dass man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses an einem gepflegten und ruhigen Strandabschnitt mit unverbautem Blick aufs Mittelmeer ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön! Perfekt gelegen, nur ein Sprung zum Strand

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles erfüllt, was wir wollten. Sie liegt direkt am Meer, ist auch für 4-5 Personen gut ausgestattet, fast alles funktioniert. Schade war, dass wir das komplette Geschirr und Besteck vor Benutzung spülen mussten, weil alles vom Vormieter miserabel gereinigt war. Die Vermieter haben uns lieb begrüßt, das Haus gezeigt und noch zwei Flaschen Wein vom familieneigenen Weingut geschenkt. Das Sofa ist gemütlich, die Sitzgelegenheiten draussen laden auch zum Entspannen ein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, kommen gerne wieder!

Moderne und sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung an ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand mit fantastischer Meersicht. Kleiner Laden, Apotheke, Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und grosszügig. Wir konnten eine Woche lang unbeschwerten und tollen Urlaub geniessen!

Erholungsurlaub am Strand

Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch die Eigentümerin einschließlich 2er Flaschen Wein des hauseigenen Weingutes. Die Wohnung und die Küche sind super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht - es hat nichts gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft, direkt am Strand. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum, zu Fuß am Strand entlang in 30 Minuten. Ein kleines Geschäft befindet sich 50m entfernt, dort gibt es morgens auch Baguette und Croissants und sehr gutes regionales Gemüse und Obst. Eine Apotheke ist ebenfalls nur 50m entfernt, außerdem ein Laden mit Bade-uns Strandzubehör. Im Zentrum gibt es eine kleine Markthalle mit Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, Gemüse- und Käseständen. Außerdem 2 sehr gute Bäckereien.

Un petit coin de Paradis

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par la propriétaire Mme Bru, qui nous a ouvert les portes de ce charmant appartement. Tout y est pensé pour y passer un agréable séjour et sa situation est vraiment idéal, tout près du centre-ville mais au calme. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci pour tout!
