The sliding-glass door wall, over-sized picture windows and enormous covered deck that wraps across the entire length and width of the casita, all capture the mesmerizing panoramic views of both the Santa Catalina Mountains and the twinkling city lights at night, so the views are 24/7!
It's a 1 bedoorm/ 1 bath, open-concept design, ideally suited for a couple looking to splurge in total luxury and comfort. Whole house water-softening system, solar paneling, ample granite counter-tops, travertine stone walls, electric built-in fireplace, two Samsung LED 8K Smart Ultra HD TVs, two dual, top-grain leather, fully reclining sofas, dual oven, dining room in both the kitchen and the city-side by the fireplace, outdoor dining on the deck by the private grill just outside the kitchen with full Mountain View’s! Two outdoor lounge chairs and two outdoor dining tables, so u can choose to dine or wine by the mountain or city views! Also within a mile away from "The Loop" where you can park your car and bike, walk or run the recently completed 131 mile long trail that is paved and spans all across Tucson!
This listing is relatively new as we have just completed the construction just over three years ago (listed in March 2018). The ambiance that was created in the construction and furnishings capitalize on the essence of Tucson and all of its beauty!

Views, Birds and Fireworks

This was the perfect place for our brief desert getaway. The view is spectacular and was the best spot to see fireworks on the 4th from all over the area. I loved watching the birds, lizards and ground squirrels from the deck. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Karen is a friendly hostess with great communication. We will absolutely stay here again!

Very beautiful views and a lovely home. Great deck to enjoy the scenery and sunsets and have meals on. There were lots of birds visiting the property to enjoy. We'd highly recommend this Vrbo home. The owner is very accommodating. We'd stay here again.

My husband and I completely enjoyed our time at here. It’s a bright and open concept that let’s lots of light in. Not to mention the perfect views of the mountains and natural habitat. We enjoyed dinners out on the wrap around porch, feeling the breeze and watching the sunset. Karen was a great and attentive host, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. This neighborhood has so much to offer. I highly recommend dinner at the Hacienda del Sol Resort! We will definitely be back again!

Quiet, comfortable, and gorgeous views!

This was the perfect apartment for our stay in Tucson! We are a couple that came for some road cycling and this was in a great location. The apartment is quiet as it is free standing on top of a garage with beautiful views of the mountains and cactus all around. The balcony wraps around 2 sides of the building and is comfortable with different rockers and chairs. Inside, the apartment is very clean and has all the modern amenities and comforts. Karen was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would rent again without hesitation!

It was an absolutely amazing stay the house is gorgeous with a fantastic view and it was extremely clean and they had all sorts of amenities for us to use and communication with the owners was top notch and even after we discovered there was only one bed and one bedroom they brought up a cot with a real mattress to help accommodate our needs easily the best stay I've ever had and would give them more stars if I could!!!!

Special casita perfect for a couple to enjoy glorious foothill views both night and day off your very own highpoint foothill! Quiet and beautiful. Includes a wonderful pool with views of many Saguaros and the Santa Catalina Mountains. Karen, our hostess, thought out everything to make guests comfortable from great King mattress with bedding, furniture, tvs, cooking implements, deck furnishings, beautiful crystal geodes, ceiling fans, great ac (a must!). And she was available by text to help or answer questions. We've stayed at lots of VRBOs and airb&bs, and this one rates among the best. Only challenge is you must carry luggage, groceries, etc...up an down stairs, which may be difficult if you have mobility problems. This is explained on VRBO in advance, but worth mentioning. It is worth the challenge to me, but I can see it being hard for some folks. Great location near lots of restaurants, Sabino Canyon, stores and shops. We visited in June, and although it had high temperatures over 100', it's dry heat and much more comfortable than a humid 90' elsewhere, in my opinion. Prepare to protect your skin from high UVs. Evenings are both comfortable and beautiful with views of stars and city lights below.

I don’t normally give reviews but this place is top notch. It looks like new construction and is beautifully decorated. It offers incredible night time city views and daytime Mountain Views. It is close to restaurants and great hiking. Karen went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.
