Discover this superb manor for your tribe stays near Caen. Here you will find comfort and space for everyone thanks to the three lounges and six personalized bedrooms with private bathrooms. The kitchen offers clever and high-end equipment such as a cooking piano. You will also be delighted by all the leisure possibilities on site. The park and its hundred-year-old trees guarantee calm and serenity. The manor is located in a village 10 minutes from Caen, 5 minutes from the archaeological site of Vieux-la-Romaine and the banks of the Orne with its greenway (vélorail, pedal boat, kayak). The owners, Etienne and Mireille, welcome you warmly and invite you to discover their boutique of local products.
Detached house on a large enclosed plot. Ground floor: 1 lounge with piano, 1 lounge-library, 1 large living room with dining room and TV lounge area, stereo and fireplace, fitted kitchen, laundromat, shower room with wc. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 adjoining (3 160x200cm beds and 4 90cm beds), 3 shower rooms. 2nd floor: landing with TV-DVD lounge area and 1-person sauna, 2 bedrooms (1 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds), 2 shower rooms with wc. Outbuilding with table tennis, table football and French billiards. Bed and bathroom linen provided. WiFi internet connection, safe, electric gate, alarm. 2 large terraces with garden furniture, 2 enclosed parks, the one at the back equipped with a barbecue and games for children (slide, small house) and a covered courtyard with lounge.

A deposit of 1000 euros will be requested one week before arrival.

wonderful home

We spent three and a half weeks in Germany and France and this was our very favorite place to stay of all. As others have said the pictures don't really do it justice. There really isn't anything to say other than it is great and i would book this place again if i am ever in Normandy.

French manor luxury

The manor is beautiful and comfortable with well-appointed open rooms and a functional well-supplied kitchen. We had 5 couples in the manor and each had their own sleeping space and bathroom for privacy and comfort. The large indoor and outdoor gathering places will insure togetherness for your family/group, yet private quarters for a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is fenced-in and huge, so your little ones could play safely in an enclosed area while you relax on the patio. We used the manor as a base camp for daily outings to the Normandy beaches and charming towns in the area. Returning in time for dinner or a lit fire in the dining room rounded out each beautiful day. The hostess and host were knowledgable and helpful, assisting when asked, and available at all times for questions. They arranged a wonderful French dinner for us at a local restaurant called "The Marronier" which is 3 minutes from the manor. I would highly recommend the manor for your family or b usiness event. Everyone will feel the warmth of this historic building, but will have a cozy night in their charming bedroom.

Tout était parfait de l'accueil aux petits détails qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le manoir était très propre et les chambres avaient un charme fou. Beautiful restored manor house and gardens

Really beautiful Manor House - every room was restored and decorated to perfection. Very comfortable sofas and beds and great showers. We loved the library. The kitchen had everything you might need including a huge Smeg oven. The gardens are gorgeous and huge with stone walls giving a great sense of privacy. It was very relaxing And a great place to get away from it all. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay

Nice place to stay, lots of room for 12. Park in front of the manor, garden with fountain at the back. The neighbors are the 2 Limonges cows of the family. Central and comfortable place to check the surroundings in Normandy.

Very comfortable manoir

Well maintained, good beds , plenty of hot water for nine people, would love to stay there again. The chapons we bought for Christmas lunch from the farm shop were terrific. The open fire was great.

Amazing!!

The manor was incredible! We all enjoyed the beauty and privacy of this very special home. Hot water was plentiful, and the home was spotless! It is a great starting off point for touring Normandy. Be sure to book a dinner with Chef Olivier..excellent traditional Norman food prepared and served at the manor! It was a magical few days..thank you Mirielle!!

Serene Normandy stay

A magnificent property in a beautiful setting accomodating easily 9 adults and 2 children. It was an ideal location for our family reunion. Easy access to all the major Normandy landmarks. The owner were very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend this property.

manoir de charme pour break au vert entre amis

très bon séjour entre amis dans ce manoir spacieux et décoré avec goût. les enfants ont aimé les grands espaces, le jardin, les nombreux jeux mis à disposition et les vaches présentes sur le terrain voisin. Un séjour inoubliable.

Nous sommes 8 québécois à avoir séjourné au Manoir pendant 9 jours. C'est un endroit magnifique et qui correspond exactement à ce que l'on voit sur le site. C'est un bâtiment exceptionnel qui convient parfaitement à un groupe de plusieurs personnes. Le village d'Amayé sur Orne où se trouve le manoir est tout à fait charmant. Les propriétaires, Mireille et Étienne Duval ont rénové ce beau Manoir il y a quelques années et aiment raconter son histoire. Si vous planifiez visiter la Normandie, c'est l'endroit tout désigné. Manoir exceptionnel

Ce manoir est superbe, magnifiquement meublé avec du mobilier ancien; il est aussi très spacieux, les salles de bain modernes sont luxueuses. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable avec nos enfants et petits enfants.

Lovely, spacious manor

This is the second time we have taken a group of American study abroad students to this property for a retreat. Mireille is the best host! She goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The property fit our entire group comfortably and made for a cozy place to spend the weekend.

Prachtig, sfeervol huis met fijne tuin!

Wij hadden als vriendengroep een fijne week in dit prachtige ruime huis! Voor de kinderen was de grote omheinde tuin een fantastische speelplek. Het huis is gezellig ingericht en heeft ruime slaapkamers en luxe badkamers. Beslist een aanrader!
