This is a large open-floor plan home with vaulted ceilings on 6.5 acres in the beautiful Teton Valley outside of Victor, Idaho. Bursting with natural light from large windows all around, the home is ringed by a 300 degree view of the surrounding mountain ranges. Wonderful view from the large deck, great for grilling and star gazing. The 3,600 square foot home has luxury furnishings and accessories, including an open kitchen with many accessories for entertaining. The dining room table seats 12-14, and the island seats 4.

Whether your looking for family togetherness or privacy, this home will fit your needs! Three bedrooms have king beds; two bedrooms have queen beds, and the sixth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. New large Weber gas grill on the back deck; great room has gas fireplace, leather furnishings, and 60" flat screen TV, with surround sound built into the vaulted ceiling. In the lower level recreation area is a huge movie room with sectional for 10 and 65" flat screen TV, DVD player; 8' Plank and Hide pool table with a ping pong table conversion top.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Windows closed. Dirty linens and towels go in laundry baskets then on shelves in the garage. TV remotes on trays near TVs.
Gas grill, cleaned up and cover put on, make sure to cinch it up due to winds. If any items in the garage were used, please put back for the next guest.
Safe travels. Leave us a review and Come Again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Checkout: Place Sheets(fitted, flat, pillowcases) and soiled towels in laundry baskets then put in garage. NO blankets/comforters in laundry baskets.

Wonderful House!!

We had 8 people, ages from 15 to 70. This house was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out and the media room was great. Everyone enjoyed playing pool also. Our contact was very pleasant and responsive. If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely book this house again.

Great house to spend time with family and explore the area

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Quiet neighboorhood and yet close to town to check out the coffeeshops, breweries, or the huckleberry shakes. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and lots of activities to do. We enjoyed pool and ping pong and bean bags and watching the fireworks from around the fire pit.we also explored the area and went on hikes and went to Grand Teton NP.It was a wonderful home and we would recommend it as a great home base to explore the atea, but also to relax and connect with our family.Thanks for letting us rent your beautiful home.

What a gem

Really amazing stay. The pictures don't do it justice. We had 10 people between our two families - and everyone had plenty of space with all of the bedrooms. The highlight was the downstairs den/playroom for the kids. They spent hours and hours playing ping pong and all the games down there. The house was so well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. It's about a 45 minute drive into the park through the Teton pass, but we really enjoyed just staying on the property and going into town. Highly recommend

Nothing short of perfect. The house is spotless, well appointed and has tons of thoughtful extras like games, entertainment, etc. The fire pit is amazing and you can't beat the location for exploring all the surrounding area has to offer.

Great House in Great Location

Perfect Size & Layout for a gathering of friends: Six acres provides privacy, large open kitchen living room is great for shared meals as is the beautiful back porch. Location is close enough to town to quickly get supplies/groceries/meet fishing guides, yet just far out enough to feel fully in the beauty of the Teton Valley. This was our second stay there--and we are planning for a third next year.

Beautiful property, great location

We stayed a week but could have stayed a month! Very spacious and comfortable home for our multigenerational family vacation. The teenagers loved the lower level for watching movies, and playing ping pong. Nice backyard/deck with beautiful mountain views. Peaceful neighborhood in a rural subdivision. A nice location to escape the tourist congestion in Jackson, but still convenient to Grand Teton National Park.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and well-stocked home. Plenty of room for our families to spread out. Easy drive to Jackson Hole and Grand Targhee for world class skiing. Great restaurants near-by! Enjoyed Chiang Mai Thai take out and Pizzaria Alpino in Driggs. Would highly recommend!

Yellowstone Family Vacation

Our family came to tour the Tetons and Yellowstone and had a wonderful time. House would have been very convenient if it wasn't for the landslide which maybe our commute long especially after a long day, fault of no one's. The house was lovely and was well stocked, really best one we have ever stayed in. If we ever come back we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Amazing views and property

This was our first time staying in Idaho. We stayed with extended family and our ages ranged from 6 months to 70+ years. We all enjoyed the property. It has plenty of space and is an easy drive to Jackson and Grand Tetons. We loved our time and the property had thoughtful touches and amenities:)

Family Vacation 2024

Our stay was fantastic!!! The house was great. Plenty of space for our group of 14. We loved hanging out on the back deck each of the 6 nights we stayed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very large. Comfortable couches in the living room and basement. The towns of Victor and Driggs were super. Great local restaurants. Everyone has to try Butter Cafe in Victor. Fabulous!!! The house was great and the hosts were very accommodating and communicative. Helped make our vacation wonderful!!

Spacious home

Three full baths. Plenty of space for our group everyone had their own room. Locations of the bathrooms made it a little challenging for getting ready but was fine. 40 min into jackson area. Not as close as we would like to be but we knew that when we booked as this was the most affordable option. The home is nice but host is very inflexible so just be prepared for that. After booking about two weeks before arrival the pass was going to be under construction which was going to make our daily drive 2 hours one way. Since it was an unforeseen circumstance I ask if we could cancel and get a refund since tech the listing was no longer accurate and we had a 5 month old with us . The answer was our refund policy is 50%. no exception or wiggle room . I could not eat 1800 . Luckily a week later they moved the construction to the following week. I then ask if we could just leave our bags in the garage upon arrival (2 hours before checkin) so we didn’t have to take them into the park and the answer was no! Our check in is at 4 and we don’t want to bother the cleaning people. I mean in the garage ?She said she would text if they were done early she did not . Sheets were left in the dryer from someone before. One of the trash bins was totally full. Laundry at checkout needs to all be out by 9 saying a service will pick up at 9:30 (they did not) yet check out is not til 10. ( and mind you sheets in the dryer ) . While it was a nice home I would not stay again. Host too hard to deal with

Paradise Found!

The pictures do not do this place Justice: clean, bright, much bigger rooms than the pics appear, perfect setting on the lot, clear view of the Tetons, great location in the Teton Valley, highly functional space-both indoors and out. These is a reason this property has dozens upon dozens of 5 Star reviews. The only problem: if you read this, you may book it before I am able to book it again! I feel blessed we were able to stay here.

Cathi was so responsive and accomodating of some questions we had both before and during our trip - we had two babies in the group and she helped us ensure we had all the info we needed to make the stay a success. The property itself is beautiful and close to downtown Victor and convenient to Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. The house is also very well outfitted- with baby gear, with kitchen supples, etc. Highly recommend.

Awesome Accommodations

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Everything was top of the line and could not ask for anything more. Cathi, the property owner, was available for any questions. The deck was where we ate all our meals watching the sunrise and sunsets. The home was more beautiful then the pictures online. We we would love to stay here again and also recommend to our friends.

Why they chose this property

Our journey West started with our friendship with another family in our community of Wyoming, Ohio! This family attended the Teton Valley Ranch Camp near Jackson Hole as children in the '60's-70's and thier children have also attended and worked at this same camp. We have returned to this area with our family and different friend groups for the last 18 years, experiencing the beauty and adventures that make up the memories of a lifetime! Our kids were just big enough to take in the well known sites of Yellowstone and the Teton National Park, the weekly rodeo and shoot out in the Town Square in Jackson. We've taken float trips down the Snake River and enjoyed leisurely horse back riding adventures in the Targhee National Forest. Now our kids are white water rafting, skiing the black diamond trails of Jackson and the Grand Targhee Resorts and mountain biking and hiking in areas we used to read about. Wanting to come back year after year made us realize that we needed to make home ownership a reality, so we started looking for homes in the Teton Valley and found this home in the fall of 2017.

The benefit of owning a home in Victor, is that we are delighted to be on the "Quiet side of the Tetons", with access to the hustle and bustle of the town of Jackson only 27 miles away! After a long day of out door adventure you might want to stay in the Valley and enjoy the massive starlight skies. There are amazing dining establishments, nightlife and unique shops in Victor and Driggs to make everyone in your group happy. We hope you feel right at home and come back when the mountains are calling!
