"The Get-Away" , NEWLY UPDATED FIRST FLOORCONDO with AMAZING OCEAN VIEW in A Place at the Beach 3. Condo an awesome ocean view - just 45 steps to the beach and your toes are in the sand! Condo overlooks the pool, and the 2nd pool is just down the hall and outside - the choice is yours. Unit is very clean and newly remodeled with comfortable furnishings and has a fun and relaxing beach vibe. New flooring in entire condo plus new quartzite kitchen countertops and tile backsplash.You won't want to leave! All beds have new pillow top mattresses- king in the master and 2 twins in the guest room. Pillows and bedspreads provided and linen service is available as an option if you don't want to bring your own. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, cable tv, and wireless DVDs. Master AC units in living room and master bedroom. The living room offers many seating options for you ( couch, loveseat, and 2 leather recliners) and there is also a large cable tv and wireless DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and a new stove/oven and microwave have just been placed in the unit. Laundry room conveniently located just outside unit in the hallway (no noise). There are 2 grilling areas on each side of the building with 12 total grills and 2 picnic tables. Condo is on a DEAD END ROAD so there is no heavy traffic and this complex is very family friendly. Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and Restaurant is very close for food and music - sit in a chair night or day and relax . Apache Pier just a short walk down the beach for food , arcade, and fishing. Also, more fishing in the marsh causeway is located just across the street. Nearby: Small shops and Flip Flops Restaurant/Bar- 3' minute walk , grocery stores, WalMart and multiple restaurants within minutes, Arcadian Golf Course and Tanger Outlets- 5' , Barefoot Landing- 10' and Broadway at the Beach- 15' . Time to start your vacation !!! Relaxation awaits!! Great ocean view condo

Perfect location close to everything in MB and NMB. Great view from the patio and only steps from the beach and the pool. We would stay here again.

Beautiful

Second time staying in these condos but first time staying in this particular one, it was very nice and clean and the location was great. It was on the first floor next to the pool and the views of the beach were perfect. Already looking to book our next family trip for next year!

Overall we had an amazing stay! The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The access to the beach was perfect and it was very walkable to restaurants and ice cream : ) Easy access to get into the condo with the key code lock box. The key does stick a bit in th deadbolt. I did wish I knew that we needed toilet paper. No big deal, just needed a heads up : ) We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely return

Awesome stay

Property was clean and comfortable. Location and beach access was awesome! Hope to come back to enjoy the property fully as I was down for a conference. My husband had a great time fishing.

Family friendly, steps to the beach with access to 2 pools, great location with a dead end street which limits heavy traffic and noise, easy walk to the pier, shopping and dining - just down the street
