Per the HOA rules the following are not permitted: pets, fireworks, motorcycles, large parties.
Garbage should be discarded in the dumpster located in the parking lot and can't be left in hallways. Ensure trash is disposed of prior to checkout.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed and will result in a min $500 fine if evidence of smoking is found.
