This condo is located in Windy Hill beach, North Myrtle Beach and is equipped with flat screen TV's, ocean front pool, washer and dryer, free parking and WiFi and more! The carpet in the living room, dining room and master bedroom has recently been upgraded to premium vinyl flooring.
This condo is located just blocks from Barefoot Landing, Hamburger Joes, House of Blues, Golf and much more!
Condo Rules:
A signed and completed rental agreement and photo ID is required within 24 hours of booking this property; Max capacity is strictly enforced
Person signing and staying must be at least 25 yrs old; House quiet hours are from 9pm-9am-strictly enforced.
A $300 Sec Dep Hold is reqd; Guest is responsible for securing property and its contents.
No golf carts/trailers/motorcycles/pets/events/loud music or smoking allowed.
