Palmetto Dunes #302 is a 3BR/2.5Bath Condo located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of this Oceanfront Building in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This property has been updated with new furniture and has been freshly painted in 2025 throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you need to cook your favorite meals. The living room has plenty of seating too.

You will love relaxing on the furniture on the screened in porch watching the ocean waves. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or your favorite cocktail in the afternoon. Right downstairs there is a great pool for you to enjoy. There is plenty of lounge chairs to catch some rays.

The Primary bedroom in Palmetto Dunes has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a Double and a twin. The Owner has added a Playstation for the kids. There is plenty of sleeping space for any size family. There are also 2 full bathrooms and a half bath for your use as well. The condo also has its own washer/dryer in the unit.

Palmetto Dunes is located near so much to do and it is walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Take a walk on the beach and head over to Main Street for some ice cream or listen to a band. Shop at the beach stores for some souvenirs. You will love this location! It is also close to Highway 17 so it is easy to get to all the attractions in the area.

Great location

Condo was as advertised and accommodated all our needs. Great location with easy access to beach. Nice pool which offered plenty of shade when needed. Sunning deck perfect for sand free lounging. All appliances worked and kitchen well equipped for meals. Missed having an elevator but we're aware there was none. Would stay again.

Summer vacation

We had an amazing family vacation. Our condo was in an awesome location. Close to so many things including barefoot landing. The deck overlooking the ocean was key to enjoy our evenings. Would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand. The building is small, only three floors, which made for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We often had the pool all to ourselves, which was a big bonus.Be aware that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to be prepared to walk stairs, especially if you're staying on the upper floors. That said, the check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, which we really appreciated after a long drive.The only downside was that I would have liked the unit to be a bit cleaner. Nothing major, just some small details that could have used more attention. Overall, though, it was a great spot for a relaxing beach getaway, and we’d definitely consider coming back.

Spring break

Great area, very clean and updated inside. Easy walk to the beach and has area to clean your stuff off before returning to the room or vehicle. Check in and check out process was easy. I would stay here again but it does have some cons. Mattress’s need to be replaced. Hard as a rock and bed in bunk beds has a large lump you fall into. No elevator which was known at booking. Parking is not easy at all. Only made for small compact cars. Need assign parking per unit. Not made for large vehicles or trucks.
