Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: nice The code to get back in from the beach would have been helpful instead of walking around to the front of the building to get in.

The condo was extremely dated. Amenities such as bath towels (basically rags), need updating. It was hard to believe that a few very basic needs such as hand soap, a bottle of water, a few napkins and a roll of toilet paper wouldn't have at least been left over from previous visitors or owner, to get us through to the next day. Especially for late arrivals and short stays. The porch chairs, shower curtains, etc. were Dollar Store quality. No outdoor pool. Put money into the condo or drop your rates.

We loved our stay. The ocean was right there. The pool was right there and clean with bathroom. Beach chairs provide with a cost. The only thing I wish the property provided was at least two beach chairs.

Fantastic Location

This unit was just as advertised. It was a good size, very clean, had all kitchen appliances needed, and had a huge deck with great views of the ocean. The location, building, and grounds are one of the best in Myrtle Beach.

Overall well pleased!!!

Great location. Secure, but condo needs cosmetic work, couple of electrical outlets were loose and plate covers and wall paper needed touch up work. Ocean views were awesome. Would stay at this property again.

Great condo in great property -

Great property. Great location. Excellent condo. NOTE - since you’re renting from the owner directly through VRBO, you only have access to a small outdoor pool on the property and one indoor pool. So just use the beach

Overall great place to stay

Overall this property was a great place to stay. The kitchen was well supplied. We would have preferred a much more firm mattress in the master bed room. My wife and I ended up sleeping in the second bedroom on the single beds. They offered a little more support but could use an update as well.

Very disappointed in the checkin/checkout process.

I did not like that Carolina Properties was located so far away from my rental and that it was such a difficult process to get my keys after hours. I won't use vrbo again for any vacation travel.
