Penthouse 2 Br condo on the 21st floor of the Brighton, a beautiful oceanfront complex, located in Kingston Resort. Renovated with new sliding doors and windows. The views are spectacular from the kitchen, breakfast area, living room, and both bedrooms. There's a spacious main bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, double sink vanity, and a shower with a separate tub. The 2nd bedroom offers two full beds, a large closet and flat screen TV. Kitchen comes well equipped coffee maker and other small appliances to cook an ocean view seafood meal. Just shop for fresh local ingredients, and treat yourself to home cooked fine dining. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

It was a beautiful gated community with a nice pool and beach access was within feet of the front door. Location is great and there is plenty of parking and lots of other families. The building is quiet and there is a nice brewery located next door. We had a lovely time there. The view is amazing from the terraces. We had a wonderful time and the owner or property manager was super responsive and helpful.

The location is excellent, right on the beach. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend. Pool and hot tub both had a perfect temperature and were very clean. Would book again.

Felt like home

We have stayed at many condos and villas in Kingston plantation. Brighton towers is our favorite! This particular condo was excellent. Very clean, homey and comfortable. View was perfect ! Outdoor furniture comfortable on balcony. Master king size bed super comfortable. Lots of bath towels provided ! Kitchen well equipped except for scissors, snack bag clips and salt and pepper. Those things you can easily get yourself, however those were things that we had been provided in the past and I didn’t think to bring along. Overall, best condo we stayed in at Brighton!

Superb Location and View

I have stayed at various units at Kingston Plantation for many years, and this one, on the top floor of the Brighton Tower is outstanding. Great communications, very clean, and everything in working order. We did have one small problem with insufficient hot water when a guest took a shower briefly after another guest, but we informed the host and trust they will take off that. We had a great time, and would consider staying again.

Inaccurate description

Description was to have a sofa bed which it did not, 2 queen beds which it did not. Overabundance of mirrors makes the room much larger than it actually was. We had to call to have the garbage disposal fixed, get the tub to drain, for a new blender that worked. I feel this was way overpriced for what we got. I do not plan on coming back

The location is nice. Kingston Plantation is a great place in general. The balcony furniture was PERFECT!! However, this unit desperately needs updating and a good scrub. Aside from all the weird mirrors covering EVERY surface- we were hit with a musty smell the second we walked in- that did not go ways with ventilation. I’m guessing it’s from the very old carpeting covering the place. Pieces of mildew fell from under the shower door in the main bedroom bathroom while I was showering. The shower pan is knicked and cracked. The tile has buildup in the grout. There is a very nice jetted tub however there isn’t enough hot water available to fill it. Also the listing says there are two queens and a sleeper sofa which is inaccurate- there are two full size beds and NO sleeper sofa.

We always enjoy our stay at Kingston Plantation. We have been coming here for over 21 years. We have watch this area grow and change. Be sure to understand what you have access to before you come. Some of the rules have changed. We didn’t have any problems with anyone, (we never do) but I was expecting to use the water park and the big pool area. This is not the case if you are not booking thru the Embassy Suites Hotel. Just be sure you read carefully. We made a few adjustments and everything was fine. We were just glad to have a nice place to stay and get away for a while.

Great condo

Penthouse was great. Very clean and cold ac. AC was set pretty warm when we arrived though. The whole property is very clean and upscale. The condo itself is a little outdated with floor to ceiling mirrors on virtually every wall. Reminded me of an Italian grandparents place. But still very nice. The beach was a little grimey. Cigarette butts in the sand, every other chair of people playing their own loud music and broken shells cover the entire area. I couldn't walk on the beach without shoes. Again, condo was great though!

Great time as advertised

Shuttle service was excellent and used quite often. Very nice view of ocean, embassy suites, black drum brewery and nice view of embassy water park. Everything was fine and worked fine. Constructive criticism: I would paint kitchen/living room walls. Replace refrigerator, washer/dryer. Replace carpet. Replace all TV's. The color was not very bright or brilliant. Replace sofa and dining room furniture. Replace balcony furniture. Power wash and recaulk master shower.

On an anniversary getaway with hubby and this condo was perfect for a romantic getaway! The condo was clean, well-stocked and with absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean and resort! Booking and check-in was very smooth and hassle free. We look forward to staying here again❤

Weekend Family Vacation

The Brighton 2105 is on the top floor of the Brighton building. It has a wonderful view of both ocean and Kingston Plantation from the large balcony. The parking garage is right next door and very easy to navigate. There is a pool and hot tub between building and beach. They're not large, but well maintained. The condo had everything we needed for our family. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys were in the closet. A welcome surprise! Easy walk to beach. 3 TVs. The main TV even had Disney+. The condo was very clean! Plenty of kitchenware for cooking. We had no issues eating breakfast, lunch, and some dinners in condo. Would definitely stay here again!

For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier.
