Royale Palms is part of the 145 Acres of Kingston Plantation. Royale Palms is a beautiful and luxurious 24-story oceanfront condominium tower, which was built in 2007 attached to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Hotel and Conference Center. This condominium tower is located on a prime oceanfront beach in the middle of Myrtle Beach's Grand Strand. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath ocean view unit is a very spacious condo with one king bed in the master and two queen beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have a TV and free wireless internet. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with a jetted tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, and stocked with all basic necessities like plates, cups, silverware, serving spoons, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans. The living room has a couch that pulls out into a comfortable a sleeper sofa. The condo also has a dinning area that seats 8 and a spacious balcony.

Rita, my host, asked me to leave all 3 keys in the condo. However, when I opened the lockbox, there was only 2 keys. I told her about this, but she did not respond. I hope I will not be charged for the loss of a key.

Great condo

Working with Rita was easy. She was always quick to answer any questions. Her condo was just as described on the website. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. We brought and used our own beach chairs, however there are chairs at the condo we could have used. Very pleased with this condo and would recommend it to others.

Family friendly room

Enjoyed our stay for a long weekend trip. Room is very roomy with lots of space for my kids to run around. Good size kitchen and closets! Would recommend to anyone with kids!

If you’re out in the Myrtle Beach area for a getaway week / weekend … i HIGHLY recommend this lovely condominium at the ROYAL PALMS . The balcony views is amazing , the owner gives you step by step instructions with everything you need to make your stay the best possible for you and your family .

Great Father’s Day mini vaca

Excellent stay, place exceeded our expectations. Will stay again. Communication with Rita was excellent. Kitchen, laundry machines were excellent. Beds we comfortable and hot water was abundant. Highly recommended for anyone interested in a family vacation.

Ideal location for family vacation!

Royale Palms is a great location. Condo is beautiful and exactly as pictured on VRBO. We were here for a week and there was plenty to do for the whole family. Beach is beautiful and so easy just to walk out to the sand in just a few minutes. Hilton also has all the amenities one would need including pools, beachside casual dining and bar.

I really loved the condo. It was very spacious and clean. Getting in touch with the owners was very easy and she responded very quickly. The security deposit was refunded quickly.

Wonderful location

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament. The property was so spacious, room for our family of five to stretch out and relax after a long, hot day at the ballfield. A short walk to the beach, chairs and umbrella provided by the host for use was an unexpected bonus! The location was great- a beautiful neighborhood and easy to get to any attractions, restaurants or stores that you would want. Condo is as lovely in person as it is in the pictures. Anything you needed to prepare your meals was in the kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about Rita’s condo, everything exceeded my expectations. We would love to come again for another relaxing weekend!

Amazing stay!

You will LOVE this room. It was spotless and smelled so good upon arrival. The room was so spacious. The ocean view on the big balcony was perfect. The bottle of wine waiting on the kitchen countertop was a nice surprise. The BEST thing about this property was working with Rita. She was always so prompt in communicating with me. I will absolutely book with her again and stay in this room!

Great condo

There was a miscommunication and Rita took care of it wonderful. The place was amazing. Everything we expected. Messaging with Rita was great. Very responsive. My wife and I felt it was in a great location. It's not in the high traffic area. Minutes to the beach. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful property, great location, fantastic owner and condo. Elevator situation at Royale Palms needs attention. We have come to Royale Palms every year since 2015, every year there is never one day that all three elevators are functioning. I think it’s time to get them fixed! See you next year

Very nice unit.

The property itself was wonderful and we really enjoyed the pool areas as well. Communication and check in were perfect. Everything in the unit was clean and in working order. My only complaint is not with the property itself but with the building. There are only 3 elevators for guests, and one of them was out for the duration of our stay. This resulted in extra long lines at the elevator, oftentimes 20+ people as this is a 24 story bldg.

Best stay ever!

My husband, toddler, and I spent the weekend at this amazing condo! The host was extremely responsive and included a complimentary bottle of wine! This is quite possibly the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in - pristine! We loved that we had full control over the A/C. Check-in was seamless. Beds were comfortable and there are tvs in both bedrooms and the living room. This place is extremely spacious and family-friendly. It's quiet and in a great location. The trash chute is steps away from the front door which makes life easier as well. The only downside is that you don't get wristbands to access the Hilton pools (not the host's fault - it's a Hilton policy). Beach access was easy and there are a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop on site in the connecting Hilton. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in NMB! Thank you!

False advertising

Room was absolutely perfect! But when you look at Royale Palms website, it shows all these amazing pools and hot tubs, however, if you book through this property owner, you DO NOT have access to any of them!! Just one tiny pool that's in the shade that was closed a majority of the time. So I suggest actually booking through the hotel, that way you will actually receive the wrist bands required to have access to all the pools, hot tubs, fitness facilities etc that are shown on their site.....

Roomy Accommodations at Kingston Plantation

Check in was easy. Condo was very large. Kitchen was well stocked. Owner had a bottle of wine and water waiting for us when we arrived. Living room furniture needs updated. Not very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The laundry room closet had beach chairs that came in handy. Water pressure was very low and we reported it to the owner. Plumber was supposed to come after we checked out. Overall would stay here again as long as water pressure issue was fixed.

Clean, large, easy!

I had to attend a conference and my family came along. It's always hard to find a reasonably priced place to stay with 2 kids and 2 adults in Myrtle Beach that is big enough and clean. When we walked into this condo, it was a breath of fresh air. The unit is super clean, the kitchen and baths are updated, and the furniture was ample and nice. We never felt on top of each other during our stay. Rita was very accommodating with my need to split payment, as well as a couple of minor issues we had while there. The directions for entrance and clean up were easy to follow. We were able to use their pool bands and access the resort pools. Compared to heavily used resort owned properties, in all the years I have attended this conference, this was by far the best place we have stayed. We hope to rent again in the future.

Beautiful Clean & Spacious Condo-Great area!

My husband, 12 yr old son and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo in the Royal Palms (part of Kingston Plantation) at Myrtle Beach. This is a clean and beautiful area close to North Myrtle Beach with many golf resorts, restaurants, shopping and entertainment in the local area including Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing. This particular condo is in a high rise building on the 16th floor with a side balcony view of the ocean. The balcony was very relaxing after a day at the beach and the night time of entertainment in the area. The only con to the 16th floor was the elevator. A convention arrived when we were there and we had to wait in line a few times to get up to the condo-still not bad though. The building is attached to a very nice Hilton high rise hotel and the private beach access along with the parking garage are part of the Hilton property as well. The owner was great to deal with and responds quickly (with in a day or less) to your e-mail. She is very accommodating and will answer any questions you may have about the condo, amenities, or the area. We were not able to do the typical Saturday to Saturday stay and she was one of the few that would accommodate us with a Tuesday to Tuesday itinerary. This was also the first time we rented a condo as opposed to renting a hotel room and were not disappointed. Dealing with HomeAway was easy as well. The condo itself is very clean, quiet and spacious. The bedrooms are separated by the living/dining rooms and kitchen in the middle. There are two full bathrooms as well so it makes getting ready easier. We felt very at home here and were able to unpack and enjoy the space for the week. We were not worried about beach gear since we would not expect a condo to have that. We brought our own and bought what we didn't have for cheap at the many local beach gear shops in the area. Some things to bring with you would be garbage bags, paper towel, and toilet paper (in case you need extra). There were little sample shampoo and conditioners, body wash and soaps in the large bathrooms. She supplies some bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes, but you need to bring your own beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit-extremely convenient. She also has extra bedding in the bedroom closets. The door to the unit is a little tricky to figure out, and I have to admit that having only one key was a bit inconvenient and made us nervous. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!
