What an incredible view! This lovely 2 bed / 2 bath condo is on the 12th floor of Brighton oceanfront building, located in Kingston Resort. It has incredible ocean views which can be enjoyed from the all be enjoyed from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room and both bedrooms. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Perfect property

We had a great stay. The property is beautiful, has everything needed, and in a great location-loved being beachfront and close to great restaurants. The gym was a really great addition too.

Great experience

Had a great visit to Myrtle beach and this condo had a lot to do with it. Unit was clean and well equipped. Location is fantastic. Just a few steps from the beach and with a beautiful ocean view. Would definitely book again.

Spacious-Relaxing- Clean

1205 had more than enough room and beds for my family, the place was clean as expected. Plenty of chairs both inside and out to spend time together as a family relaxing. Chandra was very communicative through out our stay and was just a text away if I needed to ask questions. We look forward to coming back again.

Nice location and comfy condo

We really enjoyed this Brighton unit. Handy to the beach and great shopping. Restaurants are also a short drive away. Comfortable beds and we appreciated the fresh paint and flooring plus the new appliances . A few more updates will make it a 5 star condo. Big thank you to B2 for quickly responding to a couple of things we needed.

Great long weekend in North Myrtle!

Great rental experience, no issues. Great view from balcony, rooms clean and location perfect. Nice walks on beach and boardwalk. Breakfast every morning up the beach at Breakfast by the Sea.

Wonderful stay right at the beach. Well run building and superb hosts.

Lovely ocean view, close to many great food and drink venues. Lovely pool and hot tub facility. Well run building; Unit includes new beach chairs and beach umbrella - all in great shape. Just bring your own beach towels. Hosts are great and communicate well and promptly.

Enjoyable week at the beach

We love going to Myrtle Beach. The property was very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the balcony. We will definitely be back. Only suggestion is the water pressure in the shower in the main bathroom was mediocre at best, but the tub was fantastic!

Beach Vacation

Our condo had lovely ocean views and we liked the spacious layout of our unit. Myrtle Beach has lots of nice restaurants, great shows, and a wonderful beach for walking. The owners were good about getting back to us with any questions. It was a wonderful winter get away for 2 snow birds.

My family and I (6 total) have stayed at Kingston Plantation for many years. Brighton Tower is our favorite. This unit was clean and well stocked. The location was optimal with clear views of the pool area and beach / ocean. The host communicated regularly and provided clear direction which made our stay effortless. The unit does have some wear and tear but overall was an amazing experience and I would definitely rent again.

Great View

We had a lovely time. Even though the unit has a side view of the ocean, you still get an expansive view. Beds were comfortable as well as the living room seating. One thing I wish was available is a grab bar in the showers. Being unstable walking, this would have helped with safety.

We had a good experience but struggled with the tv in the living area. We got Fox News on the bedroom tvs, but could not get the channel in the living room to go down to 51? The toaster handle was broken but still worked. I brought my 88 year old day to your place. We enjoyed our visit. Thanks!

Fantastic location!

The location could not be beat. We were right on the beach and it was so convenient just going downstairs and down a short boardwalk and being right there on the beach. The owners have beach chairs and an umbrella to use which was great for us since we flew to Myrtle Beach and were unable to bring that kind of stuff with us. There was more than enough space for my husband and I and our two teenage daughters. We were also close to many of the attractions we had planned on visiting during our stay. The owners are very responsive to any questions. We had a very minor issue with the TVs and even though it wasn't necessary, they sent their manager to fix the problem right away. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a great location.

Great place - highly recommend!

This unit was wonderful - just what we hoped for. The view was spectacular, so pretty when we first got here in the end of December and the hotel next door had the pool area all decorated for Christmas! I'm guessing mainly due to the time of year, but also from being high up, there was never any bothersome noise from the Brewery or hotel pools down below. We stayed in a different unit on the 3rd floor last year and we definitely preferred this one. The set up of the living/dining area was very comfortable, with a great HUGE TV! (Some printed directions on the use of the Roku TV / Cable with the dual remotes would be very helpful. It took us a couple of days to figure it all out and to realize that we even had cable.) Loved the carpeting vs tile floors last year. The bed in the master was very comfortable, and we got no complaints from our guests about the beds in the guest room. The washer and dryer are modern and large. The kitchen could use perhaps a little updating vs last year's unit - a crock pot and a Keurig coffee pot would be nice additions - maybe a little refresh on the various utensils. Only 1 of us drinks coffee, so a regular pot is too much. But we made it all work fine. We cooked in quite a bit. We had only 1 issue - 1 of the cable boxes died - but the management company had Spectrum there the next day by noon with a replacement! We would be happy to rent this unit again and highly recommend it!

Why they chose this property

Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
