A few updates would be nice. Also a nicer sitting area on the balcony would go a long way. Chairs were not very comfortable.

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the amazing oceanfront views from the condo! We take great pride in our property, and in fact, my husband and I personally deep-cleaned and prepared every inch of the condo—down to freshly washing the sofa covers and pillows—right before your arrival to ensure everything was immaculate. We are sorry to hear the balcony seating wasn't to your liking. For the comfort of our guests, we invest in high-grade, durable Polywood Adirondack chairs, which most people find very supportive. We also keep custom-made outdoor chair cushions stacked right inside the sliding glass doors specifically to add extra back support and comfort for long periods of soaking in the view! As for the updates, you timed your stay before our scheduled post-season maintenance! Our contractor is coming in to freshen up the paint and handle minor wall scuffs. We are always working to keep our space top-notch, including our recently updated, highly-rated mattresses. We would love to welcome you back anytime to see the fresh updates!

This condo deserves 10 plus stars. The view is breathtaking. All of the amenities of home. Super clean throughout, comfortable bedding, fast WiFi, smart tv’s and the list goes on. The hosts were very responsive and provided some great recommendations to help make our time in North Myrtle Beach even more enjoyable. We even met some of the residents of Brigadune and they made my husband and I feel right at home. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.
