KEURIG single brewer! Air fryer! Peaceful sounds of the ocean will take all your troubles away and allow you to enjoy your vacation AT THE BEACH! HEATED POOL MONTH OF MAY! Unit 14E is approximately 1351 square feet and perfect for your vacation getaway. Spacious over sized living room offers unobstructed Oceanfront views of the Atlantic Ocean from new insulated sliders. Brigadune is a family complex. ***Must be 25 or older to rent**** NO loud noises is allowed from 10pm-6am. No parties allowed on property. NO more than 4 adults allowed in condo. If complaints are reported from homeowners or guest; they will contact Horry County Police to escort you off property. At this time you will forfeit your rental and deposit!!! MONTHLY RATES AVAILABLE FOR NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB! This oceanfront upscale condominium is located in the Aracadian area on Shore Drive, a very quiet area just north of the Myrtle Beach city limits. From the fourteenth floor balcony you can see a spectacular view of the ocean and crystal clear pool and sandy beaches. The 17 story building, all concrete construction of these units with elevators an access via outside walkways provides a very pleasant experience with a great view. Our newly remodeled condo is a place to kick off your shoes and enjoy your vacation. Relax on the beach, which is less than fifty feet from the front door of the building. Life Guard located in front of Brigadune; he provides rental umbrella and beach chairs!!!Ocean Annie's beach bar is well known for relaxing and enjoying the music of the daily bands. Apache Pier is a good morning brisk walk away. Don't forget to enjoy River City Cafe (next to Ocean Annie's) amazing burgers, fresh peanuts you can throw on the floor. Enjoy our home away from home. Our new entry door opens into our Beach Vacation condo.
A fully equipped kitchen with new Stainless Steel Kenmore smooth surface range with turbo boil burner and convection oven, Kenmore over the range mounted microwave, Air fryer, Kenmore dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. Living room is newly tiled and equipped with 55"Samsung Smart TV (cable TV & Hi speed private WIFI)and ceiling fan, 42' Vizio Smart TV in main bedroom, wall mounted and ceiling fan, (37' Vizio Smart TV in 2nd bedroom and ceiling fan), and full sleeper bed. All bedrooms have new vinyl plank flooring, 2025. Main bedroom has king bed new mattress (firm) set, with amazing view of ocean and balcony access). Dan and Shelia's condo is attractive and accommodating. It is well furnished with almost everything one would need. The view is beautiful, even during rainy weather. The owners are pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to spend time at the Brigadune "Paradise".

We had a great vacation staying at this property. The unit was so spacious, with plenty of closet space with lots of shelves and places to put all of the "stuff" that you take with you on vacation. The property was clean and the owners were responsive and helpful. The location is ideal with plenty of restaurants close by without having to get into the heavy traffic, or just walk down the beach or the road for nightlife and / or food and shopping. Lovely patio for reading, conversation, or morning coffee. The beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrella was an incredible plus. Great Week!

Second time staying here

We've stayed at Brigadune on and off for the past decade. This year was the second time we booked this unit. The unit is clean and comes with everything you'll need. Being a higher floor means nicer views and you're away from any noise. The owner is what anyone would want from an owner: nice, easy to work with, and genuinely concerned that you have a good stay. This is definitely a unit for any serious beachgoer.

The condo and building property were very well kept. Parking was easy and next to the building. It was convenient to all areas in North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony and just relaxing looking at the ocean. The owners were very accommodating and had the air conditioning fixed promptly after we notified them of a problem. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare a meal or cup of coffee. The master bed and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

Unit 14E at Brigadunes was very nice and comfortable! The owners were very polite and responsive. The location of Brigadunes is hard to beat! Grocery stores and restaurants close by without have to get on Kings Highway.

Building was undergoing exterior waterproofing repair and painting during the summer months so some areas like BBQ/grill closed off during stay. The sliding doors for the condo need to be repaired, there was bad wind noise and water leaks from then with the tropical storm Elsa. Some of the linens were worn out. Owners were very responsive with issue we contacted them with and got back right away. So i would stay there again.

A Great Week

First time at this location/owner. Fantastic! We just showed up and made ourselves at home. All appliances were in very good working order. Bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated. Beds (at least ours) was very comfortable. If someone had a problem with theirs they never mentioned it to me. Elevators were very prompt. My wife has MS and uses a walker and wheelchair. She/we had no problems on the property at all. Easy access to the pool area, the parking lot, etc. If she wanted to go down on the beach she could have. Overall, a very good time and would definitely stay there again.

My Vacation!

I and my daughter loved it, to have an oceanview and be on the beach right from our condo was our main goal for our visit. the location, stores, etc were perfect. I really liked our condo, perfect for us. (mattresses were not that bad but just ok) but other than that what more could you want, loved the balcony. i just don't like to be up that high(that's just me). thank you again. we would love to come back !!

We live 15 minutes away from our condos. All guest have access to us for any concerns during their stay.

Why they chose this property

Great dead end street location with waterway and swash on one side and our private beach Oceanfront. Away from the noisy traffic, yet located near all my favorite restaurants. Can't begin to count the number of available golf course just waiting to be played.

What makes this property unique

Secure building, lobby locked 10PM to 6AM at night. Gas barbeque grills near pool. Outside shower to rinse away the sand before entering beautifully landscaped deck area. Deep water pool is located ocean front.
