Lobby level means direct access from the covered parking garage or the beach – no more waiting for elevators. The oceanfront balcony provides a breathtaking view across sparkling pools, lush green landscaping and the blue ocean – the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite evening cocktail. You will quickly see why this privately owned suite has become a favorite vacation destination.

This is the beach vacation that your family will talk about for years. The unique design has perfectly combined upscale living in a peaceful beach retreat. Wake up each day to the sun rising over the horizon from the oceanfront master bedroom or the new oceanfront 'family suite' off a private hall leading to a full bathroom and 2 separate bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds plus a double day bed/twin trundle. Please Note:
Private vacation rental guests can enjoy the heated bi-level pool and hot tub at Margate Tower (year-round). However, the resort fitness center facilities, the Embassy Suites Complex Splash Park and other resort pools located throughout Kingston Plantation are not accessible to private vacation rental guests.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-night reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-night minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay.

Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart rentals to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is permitted in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the fitness center. Trailer parking is NOT permitted at any time.
