Your Margate vacation home on the 19th floor is expansive and perfect for the entire family! The living, dining, and kitchen areas follow an open floor plan with a view of both the ocean and the resort with beautiful sunsets! With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths there's a comfy spot for everyone! All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs and free wi-fi is included!
Each of the four bedrooms is unique with its own professionally decorated and tropical-theme motif!
The Primary en suite bath includes a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bath is shared by the second and third bedroom and has a tub/shower combo. The third bathroom has a shower and is accessible from the main living area. All have a welcome caddy with personal care essentials.
Additional unit upgrades feature a Corian countertop, recently replaced appliances and an equipped kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A coffee and tea station with starter supplies is provided.
Your condo had wood floors in the main areas, carpeting in the bedrooms, and tilefloors in the bathrooms. The inside square footage is over 2600 sq ft!

Your vacation oasis is located at Myrtle Beach's famous gated resort, Kingston Resorts, a 145 acre master planned community. It has 23 acres of stocked lakes and walking trails surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds.The community boasts a 1/2 mile of wide, white sand beaches, two pools and a hot tub exclusively for Margate guests and a boardwalk which connects the property along the preserved dunes.
The Margate Tower, Kingston's premier luxury oceanfront high-rise, offers a bi-level pool with waterfall, upper pool is heated in the winter, easy garaged parking access, and a 24 hr/day guard in the grand marble lobby.
The Currents waterpark and Fitness Center is not available to our guests, it is restricted to those renting from Hilton condos.

Our July Family Vacation

The condo was great and our family plans on renting it again next year! Plenty of space and with four bedrooms if offers a place for peace, and to get out of the way of others when you have a big family. The condo was very clean and updated. We rented three condos for the week in the Margate and this was the best one!

Great Week Stay!!

1909 was an awesome place to stay in Kingston Plantation. The westward view from the balcony had beautiful sunsets. The unit was very spacious and fit two families very comfortably. This is our second stay at the Margate Tower and both times have exceeded our expectations. The water park (not included with the stay) was a great place for the kids to play. The Black Drum Brewery wasn't built the first time we there, and the food and craft beers were fantastic. Kingston Plantation is a great place to stay. We will definitely be back and a stay at the Margate Tower will be at the top of our list.

Condo was clean, well maintained and very well stocked with lots of towels, linens, etc. Kitchen was pretty well stocked (pots and pans are always an issue because people don’t take care of them - but they were all in decent condition). Only complaint, and this has nothing to do with verbose or the property owner, but kids aren’t allowed to play with any pool toys at the pools. So relaxing by the pool was worthless with the kids unable to play. (But apparently kid floaties are ok?).

Accessible and convenient

We recently stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is nicely decorated with comfortable beds, and is much larger than we expected. It was nice that we didn't hear people next door or walking above us. We traveled with our one year old and his grandparents. We were able to spread out when we needed to and have family time when we wanted to. Debra was very easy to work with and provided very thorough instructions for all things relating to the condo, pool, beach, etc. The only downside was that the heated pool and handicap (stroller) ramp were under construction. Getting the beach cart and stroller to the pool and beach proved to be a bit of a challenge. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation spot, this is the place. We would definitely stay here again!!

Not the usual Margate standards in my family’s opinion for multiple reasons!

Was not oceanfront and barely even an ocean view! The condo was nice and a good size but had not been cleaned recently! The ac did not cool at all in the master bedroom and other bedrooms were not as cool as living room area! The refrigerator did not cool very well and the freezer did not make enough ice or keep items frozen! Love the Margate but very disappointed this year with this particular condo!

We love being in an oceanfront condo building which has its own pools and beach access. The ocean view balcony also has a plantation view of the beautifully landscaped property. It also affords nightly views of spectacular sunsets. The resort paths and the beach provide areas to walk and enjoy.
