Enjoy our beachfront property!

This 14th floor corner unit has ocean views from almost every room, free high speed internet access, and a 27 foot balcony offering panoramic views of the ocean, pool and lazy river.

Crescent Shores condo has a new kitchen. New cabinets, sink and granite! The fully stocked kitchen has a new French door refrigerator complete with in-door ice maker and chilled water, a range with radiant cook tops, microwave, and dishwasher.

The newly added bar has a coffee maker with either full pot or single cup and a large beverage center with a beverage fridge along with stemware and wine storage.

The unit is equipped with a digital lock so when you the unit is ready you just head directly there. No stopping at a rental center. No keys to keep track of or return at the end of your stay.

Our condominium comes with a new front loading washer and dryer. All bedrooms have smart tv's. New 65' Roku TV in the living room with DVD player. Plus, assorted games and books to make your vacation complete.

Crescent Shores has a 110 foot Oceanfront Pool, a 200 foot Lazy River, two Over-sized Hot Tubs, a Kiddie Pool, an Indoor Pool, and an on site Fitness Room.

Our Non-Smoking Condominium has a King-size bed in the Master Bedroom, a King-size Bed in the second bedroom, and Two queen-size beds in both the third and fourth bedrooms. All new bedding for 2020 and lots of new decor.

Crescent Shores is located three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many area attractions; including Pirates Voyage, Duplin Winery, Grand Prix Amusement Park, Alligator Adventure, Golf Courses, Top Golf, Miniature Golf Courses, and many other entertainment attractions.

Great vacation

Very nice condo. Great view the vacation was awesome. Enjoyed the location. There were 11 of us. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It was very well stocked.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient!

This condo is spacious, comfortable, and very well supplied with everything you need. The ocean views are great, the beach is pristine, and the pools are great. Beds, seating, and bathrooms are all cozy and nice. The location is close to shopping, entertainment, and golf so it's very easy to get around. Great overall value!

Beautiful place! This condo unit has everything you want for a family vacation with young children! 14th floor but elevator is just around the corner and a fast trip down to pools, lazy river, and one of the best beaches we’ve ever experienced. Ice cream shop was a short walk. Great eateries were a short drive away…faves were Blueberries for breakfast, Flying Fish for seafood.Thai in Town for great take-out. Patty was a responsive host and her condo is stocked with lots of beach equipment and toys for kids. LOVED IT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I can not say enough good things about Patty and her place. Its right on the beach, is VERY clean and bright in every area of the space. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens I've stayed at with everything we needed and more. She has all those extra things tou need dhfjfjfndndndj

Oceanfront Condo

Very pleased with this property. We spent the week here for our annual golf trip. Unit was exactly as described, clean with plenty of kitchenware to prepare our meals. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach, great location and close to many popular area destinations. Communication with Patty was extremely easy and informative, thank you for the hospitality. Hoping this unit is available next year when we return.

This condo was over the top. Seven of us stayed and enjoyed every minute of it. The attention to details was great. Loved how fully stocked with whatever we needed was there and so easy to find. We’ll be back!

Amazing views

This property is all this and more. You will not be disappointed. The owner is very friendly and very responsive. Her home is very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve a huge variety. The towels and bedding are also a huge win so you're not packing a bunch of extras. Our group had 6 adults 2 teens and a 2 year old and we had more than enough room. The spacious layout has plenty of together room, but also private space in one of the 4 bedrooms. The three bathrooms made it super simple to get ready. There are also movies, games and toys. She really did think of everything You honestly just need to bring your clothes and personal items. The views are amazing. The location was perfect it's close to everything our two favorite local spots are Melt on Main for the best ice cream and Snooks for rhe best food and service. We definitely will be visiting again. Don't hesitate just book yoi will not be sorry.

Family with mobility challenges

This is the best designed and stocked condo I have ever rented! There wasn’t one item I wanted that wasn’t available. Cabinets were labeled so I could quickly locate what I wanted. The view was amazing. The balcony was large and inviting. The pictures of the unit already show the nice design. The condo was spotless upon arrival. If I had any questions, they were answered quickly Parking is across the street from the condo unit for all that are not owners, but our disabled family member was able to park under the condo with proper license. The building is undergoing some renovation. So, ask about the progress if elevator work or outside building repairs bother you. The gym is small, but had everything I needed. Toys, games and cards were available for when weather wasn’t great. There is a TV in each bedroom. I would absolutely rent this unit again. It was a dream.

Nice unit on the beach with great view

When I was searching for a unit for the 10 of us (all adults), one of the most important things was the beds/bedrooms. This place fit the bill with 4 bedrooms and 6 total (actual) beds. So often when looking at listings the owner counts a day bed or pull out couch as a bed so be careful when looking at units. But, this place had 6 actual beds all queen or king. Overall the unit was clean. It was well laid out and had a LOT of neat little touches. Some of those were the nice beach chairs, the 2nd fridge, laundry detergent, and especially the amount of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and place settings. I thought it was a great touch. The check in process was smooth and Patty was very responsive. She even showed up at the door to take care of a VERY minor issue. I was pleasantly surprised about that as I know she lives in another state. The reason I gave this 4 stars are a couple of things that need to be brought to the attention of future guests and are not a reflection of Patty as they are out of her control. Those were the pools and the parking garage. There are two 18 story buildings and the pool/lazy river were not as nice as I was expecting. The parking garage was NOT a fun time. There was ample parking but the garage is very narrow and parking a larger vehicle was definitely a problem each time. Almost got trapped in 1 time when a large truck parked in the spot behind me. Overall we were happy with this unit and would look to rent it again if we came back to MB.

Great condo unit

Overall stay was great. Condo well stocked. Owner very responsive. Our only complaint was that the pool and lazy river are too small for the number of guests. We only went in early morning when it wasn’t crowded.

Get rid of the obnoxious teenagers

Property was nice overall. Not a fan of parking across the street. Every single night after 10 huge swarms of kids would flood the beach yelling, screaming, and fighting. Also shooting off fireworks at nearly midnight. Police would show up eventually and run them off but as soon as the cops were gone they were back. Incredibly annoying.

Family week

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. The place was clean, had so much in the kitchen as far as tools and really met every need. Only drawback is the parking. The garage for guest parking is the tightest I have seen making it very difficult if you have a larger vehicle or truck to easily park and even get in and out. This is not obviously on the owner as she was wonderful to work with but I would not bring our truck if we went back as it was just too challenging and think most coming in an out agreed.

Spring Break Getaway

There were 7 adults and 5 kids in our group and this condo had more than enough room. We booked it last year during my grandkids spring break and loved it so much that we came back this year for same. We came back because it was super clean and felt like we were at home while there.Looking forward to booking it again next year. Our stay was from March 15th-20th.

A Beautiful Home Away From Home
