Windemere 301, built in 1985, is located in the very popular Ocean Dr section of North Myrtle Beach. Windermere 301 is 3rd floor end condo with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Spacious Balcony. New back splash in kitchen, decorative bar wall, remodeled bathrooms, new flooring in LR, DR, master bedroom and bath and more. All new appliances and LG 55" Smart TV added September 2022.

Enjoy to third floor parking deck which allows you to park directly outside our condo door for easy access!

This sunny condo is located in the popular area of North Myrtle Beach. The condo has all amenities for your vacation enjoyment. A broad beach, indoor pool, hot tub and charcoal grill area are all available on site.

The kitchen is fully furnished to allow home cooked meals including a Keurig coffee. Minimize your workload by taking advantage of the unit's dishwasher. There is ample room to sit and eat comfortably at either the breakfast bar or dining table.

Elevator, washer and dryer within the condo and newly stocked kitchen are all to be enjoyed.

Condo Rules:
A signed and completed rental agreement and photo ID is required within 24 hours of booking this property; Max capacity is strictly enforced
Person signing and staying must be at least 25 yrs old; House quiet hours are from 9pm-9am-strictly enforced.
A $300 Sec Dep Hold is reqd; Guest is responsible for securing property and its contents.

Very nice condo and plenty of room for our girls trip of 6 people, parking was great right outside of the condo for easy unloading and loading. This is a corner unit and was very quiet. Would stay here again.

Ocean View

Location, location, location! Loved the immediate beach access both for swimming and sitting in the day time, and for walking in the evening. Loved sitting with coffee in early morning on the balcony looking at and hearing the ocean. Condo is close to Myrtle Beach activities and restaurants. Beds are great. Rooms and bathrooms very good for a group.

Beach less crowded than adjacent high rise properties with plenty of room to spread out…great views …easy loading and unloading as parking is right next to the unit…comfortable beds…well stocked kitchen with numerous cabinets and a pantry…perfect for our family beach vacation with 6 adults and 2 teens

Perfect North Myrtle Beach Location

I have been to Myrtle Beach several times, but this is the first time I stayed in N. Myrtle Beach. My daughter and grandsons accompanied me. We were so happy with the accommodations, and it was an easy commute to the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach,The Aquarium, Wonderworks Barefoot Landing & the Boardwalk. My grandsons loved having the Beach right outside the door, and Parking was so convenient.

Family getaway

We travel to myrtle beach once a year and we definitely enjoyed this property. The property is in s good location and the parking is in a perfect spot. The walk to the beach couldn't be any shorter and the host was a pleasure to work with.

The condo is in the perfect location. Scott was great to work with. Kitchen needs a few more utensils and queen bed was a bit hard! Overall we had a fantastic time.

Decent but not luxury

Kitchen dishes needed washing before use. Only cookie sheet was rusted and gross, no blow dryer, had to find the instructions to use the master shower, 2 of the porch chairs were broken foot rest and the AC only really worked well the last 1/2 of the trip. Landlord was responsive and location is fabulous but would not book here again.

Amazing location!

We enjoyed staying at Windemere 301 for our family vacation. I wanted to stay somewhere that was steps from the beach, and that’s exactly what we got. The location and the views from the condo are perfect! Having the parking spaces right outside the door made unpacking and packing up the car so easy. The inside of the condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was also very convenient to have a washer/dryer unit in the condo. We fell in love with North Myrtle Beach and were sad to be leaving…until next time. Thank you for a great experience!

Great location, easy entry and unloading

We have stayed in North Myrtle many times but this is the first for this property. Things I loved: location, the ocean view windows in the living room, the communications with owner and most of all the easy entry (key code so no waiting for the key at an agency) and the easy parking and unloading. All of these make the property top notch. Then you add beautiful decor, clean and a well stocked kitchen and you have a huge win! Negatives: bathrooms are a little tight in their design and the footboard in the master bedroom is a no go for a tall people. Overall two resounding thumbs up. Will definitely stay when we come back.

Had a wonderful week!

We had a great week. The condo was clean and beautiful. Loved the pool and the hot tub. My family and I had the best time. The condo easily slept 6 adults and 2 children in the small room. The bathrooms where great! My parents had the master,my sister and husband had the queen room with adjoining bathroom which also led to the hall and was great for her 2 daughters (4 and 6 yrs) and they loved the 2 singles in the L shape room. My fiance and I had 2 singles which we.made a king and our own in room bathroom. It was great! We will definently be back

Parking and entering our unit was a breeze. The unit is exactly as pictured on web site. It was very clean; we spent a lot of our time on the terrace taking in the beautiful view of the ocean and beach. The location of the condo was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and near our friends who also were there to play golf with us.

This condo is perfect for our family. We absolutely love it!! The parking is perfect for loading, unloading, and deliveries. Being on the corner allows for perfect views!! There's plenty of room for storage of clothing and groceries, and there is a well stocked kitchen of everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Scott, our host, is the best! He always is very kind, and responds quickly with any questions that we have! He truly wants our stay to be as perfect as it can be! We love spending our family time here- the perfect location- easy to get to and just steps away from the ocean and indoor pool!! We plan to come back for year 5!!!

Scott’s condo was clean and had a great layout for our family. There was plenty of room for all 5 and we all loved the place! Scott was very responsive to anything at all times, although we had no trouble at all there. If was all just beautiful and a great location!
