The ocean view when you walk in the front door of this oceanfront corner unit in Crescent Shores will take your breath away!

The shiplap hallway welcomes you in with three of the four fully appointed bedrooms (king, 2 queens, 4 twins) and two of the three full bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Each bedroom has a smart TV for those moments when you need a break from the beach or pool. The custom-built bunkroom is the perfect hangout for your kids! It shares a connecting bathroom with the king bedroom featuring custom-built furniture, new bedding, and a smart TV. Across the hall is the other full bath and the third bedroom with 2 queen beds and a smart TV.

The open floorplan kitchen and living room are the perfect places to spend time with family while sharing a meal, watching a movie, or enjoying the view. The kitchen has new white cabinetry, quartz countertops with waterfall edge, quartz backsplash, new plumbing, and new appliances. An added coffee/wine bar adds something special to your family moments! It has a coffee maker that uses K-cups for a single cup of coffee or coffee grounds for a whole pot and also a built-in beverage fridge for the perfect temperature drink. The living room has a spacious sectional sofa...perfect for watching a movie on the 65" smart TV or looking out to the ocean beyond.

Directly off the living area is a spacious, beautifully decorated master suite (king) with walk-in shower and jetted tub in the attached bath. Large sliding doors off the living room and master bedroom lead to an expansive 27 ' balcony with Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining area ... the perfect place to watch family playing on the beach or swimming in the pool below.

The Crescent Shores Condominium has a 110 foot oceanfront pool, a 200 foot Lazy River, two oversized hot tubs, a 1 foot kiddie pool, an indoor pool (for a break from the sun or for a dip in the colder months), and an on-site Fitness Room.

We're located just three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many fun area attractions; including Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Duplin Winery, Grand Prix Amusement Park, Alligator Adventure, many top golf courses, Top Golf, miniature golf courses, and many other entertainment attractions.

We have poured our hearts and souls into renovating our condo! The new ceilings, paint, flooring, furniture, cabinetry, countertops, tile, appliances, beds and bedding, decor, and kitchen supplies have all been done to help our family have an enjoyable time on vacation. We know your family will love it as much as we do!

The beach view and access was awesome. It rained the entire time so that put a damper on things, but it was great. It could have been a bit cleaner. The floors were dirty and sticky and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was hair in two of the three showers.

Very nice condo for a family vacation

Lindsey’s property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our family really enjoyed the location - we had two young children with us and there is so much to do in the area for them! Most of the beds were very comfortable, and our girls loved having the bunk room!

Annual family vacation

This condo was just as advertised. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. Very convenient to the beach and the view of the ocean was fantastic. Any questions we had were answered quickly from our host. Would stay again and would recommend this spot to families.

Awesome host and condo

My wife and I celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary with our 3 sons and both sets of grandparents! The condo has been updated beautifully and the proximity to the elevator and beach was fantastic. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again and recommend to others.

Perfect place for our family

Two parents, four kids, two grandparents, and a couple of in-laws had more than enough space for a week-long July 4th getaway. Place was clean, location was perfect, parking and check-in were hassle-free. Third-floor was very convenient for pool and beach access. Condo had everything we needed. Very clean and updated throughout. Felt like we were in a new place. Highly recommend !

This condo was perfect for our family. Kids bunk room is nicely done and very comfortable for our granddaughters. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. So nice that beach chairs are provided in the storage closet!

Awesome Week at the Beach

This property was exactly as described - it was beautifully furnished, had comfortable beds and EVERYTHING was provided. It had easy access to the beach which was important to us because we had an elderly mother with us. Lindsey always responded quickly to any inquiry and truly wanted everything to be perfect!

This property did not disappoint. It looks exactly like the pictures, clean and the view is amazing. We stayed 3 generations and everyone had an amazing time. The house has everything you need. Lindsay and Rick were always there if we had a question. We will definitely be coming back. Do not have any reservations booking. You will love it!

Amazing!!

We had a fantastic stay in Myrtle Beach! The view off the balcony was stunning. Our kids loved being able to go in and out on their own and watch the waves. Having both the pool and the beach so close were so convenient. The house itself was fabulous. We used all the rooms and it was very comfortable for our group. Our only complaint was we had to buy hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. If I had known aheas of time we needed those things, I would’ve packed them instead of needing to buy extras at the store. Other than that, super fantastic trip! We’d love to stay again another time!

Perfect family vacation

The property is stunning, very clean and has everything you need. We were so impressed with the response of the property owner. The fridge was not cooling properly, the owner texted us back right away, we arrived late and I was hesitant to text that late, however we got an immediate. and had her handy man come out first thing in the AM. The handy man was also very polite and serviced the fridge, he even checked back with us to make sure the fridge was cooling down after he cleaned the coils. We were so surprised to learn there were beach chairs and umbrella as well as boogie boards and sand toys. We used them everyday and was a added pleasant perk. The kitchen is fully stocked, we stayed in everyday and did not need anything. All in all it was so wonderful with the best location, ocean views and ease. We felt completely at home and was able to enjoy our time together as a family.

PERFECTION!

Beautiful, and exactly as pictured! Our family vacationed for two weeks. My granddaughters enjoyed the lazy river and indoor pool. Indoor pool was a hidden gem! Super warm and inviting on cool evenings. Access to the beach was steps away. Plenty of beach chairs and toys in closet by entry door. Any issues (which were very minor) when I reached out to owner, she responded within minutes. Apartment was clean and the building was cleaned daily. We all loved being near Barefoot Landing. Beds were comfy. Bunkbeds were amazing for my granddaughters. I did have to purchase blankets, only bedspreads on beds. I’m super fussy about blankets. But that is my only suggestion. We were so impressed with our stay we are considering making reservations here for next year. This was my very first time using VRBO, I was super nervous. Lyndsey made everything so simply! And the sunrises! Stunning. Perfection! This was a perfect vacation for our family! 5 adults and 2 children.

Why they chose this property

We knew we wanted to be right on the beach...I want to drink my coffee in the morning looking at the ocean and my glass of wine at night doing the same. We walked into the front door and knew right away that this was the right place for us...that view...oh my goodness!! We could see through the previous decor to what it could be...and she's a beauty now!! We also love the proximity of the condo to the pools and the super short walk down to the beach...with four kids we have lots of "supplies" that have to go with us ;)
