L'emplacement est bon.Par contre, les 30 de ménage prélevé automatiquement ne sont pas justifié. Électroménager et ustensiles de cuisine sales. Toile s de poussière un peu partout dans le gîte. Vitres sales et velux sales. Pas de rideaux de velux, uniquement des rideaux de fortune. Toit de véranda mal entretenu et sale.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille avec nos trois enfants et notre chien. La maison est parfaite pour accueillir une famille qui voudrait profiter d’un séjour proche de la plage entre Saint Malo et Dinard. Merci pour votre accueil !

Très bon séjour

Très bien reçus par le propriétaire, nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Tout était parfait, au niveau équipement, il ne manquait rien. L'emplacement est idéal, près des lieux touristiques, et à proximité des commerces.

Excellent accueil et aides précieuses

Après trois jours d'agréables balades sur la côte d'Emeraude et les bords de Rance (lieux remarquables très proches du gîte), un membre de notre groupe a été immobilisé par un problème de santé. Nos hôtes ont tout fait pour nous aider, nous faisant bénéficier de leurs contacts et nous avons ainsi pu poursuivre notre séjour. Malgré la canicule de ce début septembre, nous avons apprécié le confort du gîte bien équipé et la petite chienne a pu profiter de l'espace clos en plein air pour se dépenser.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans le logement proposé par Daniel. C'est très bien placé, au calme avec la ville à côté. Le terrain clos était parfait pour notre chien.

Not quite up to par

Great location and newly refurbished. We rented for 2 weeks. Owners new to renting so bed and bath linens were old and ripped. Owners food supplies still in cupboards, drawers and refrigerator. Standard kitchen tools missing in kitchen: measuring cups and spoons etc. Also bed in MBR is a Euro King not an American King as advertised, so smaller. No storage in room with 2 queens as closet is locked for owners stuff and the unlocked bureau is full of owners stuff. Nice big tub in MBR but jets don’t work. Overall, it feels like living on top of the owners stuff, not like a rental unit ready for guests.
