Idyllic

Valerie was an exceptional host. In the middle of nowhere you can completely relax at this property. Just fill the fridge with food and wine and you do not need to leave. It's such a special property, modern facilities but so French! We did not want to leave and we will be back! Just stunning

Idyllic stay in a stunning location!

There aren’t words to describe the picturesque nature of this stunning property. A retreat in every sense! The indoor jacuzzi offered the perfect rehabilitation from days spent exploring the Dordogne & Bordeaux regions. An ideal location for heading to the coast, or wandering through remarkably beautiful Medieval towns & rambling vineyards. Also an ideal retreat if you’re looking to get away to the French countryside and spend days by the pool, with sounds of the river & scenery out of a French painting. The gite offers total comfort, privacy, & can only be described as an oasis. A friend decided to remain at the property both days to enjoy the property in and of itself in lieu of venturing out to explore further. Valérie is the most gracious and communicative host. All comforts were provided for and then some! I regretted the short stay here & will book for at least a week or more when we return to the area again. Merci Beaucoup, Valerie!

Prachtig ruim huis! Heerlijk zwembad en inpandige jaccuzi. Het grote erf bestaat uit 2 vakantiehuizen (andere huis merk je eigenlijk niet) en het huis van de eigenaresse Valerie, verder heerlijk vrij gelegen. Wij hebben genoten, zeker een aanrader!

Ce lieu est un havre de paix pour déconnecter du quotidien.Tout est prévu pour passer un agréable séjour, spa, sauna, cheminée....la propriétaire du gîte très disponible en cas de besoin. Nous y reviendrons très vite avec grand plaisir et cette fois ci en été pour profiter de la piscine et de la pêche.

Un petit coin de paradis

Merci à notre super hôte pour l'accueil et la gentillesse dont elle a fait preuve tout au long de notre séjour. Le gîte est absolument extraordinaire, un vrai morceau de paradis, dont nous avons profité pour la seconde fois. Un week-end de rêve !!

Un week-end de rêve !! Notre hôte a été plus que charmante et accueillante et a été présente dès que nous avions besoin de son aide. Le gîte est d'une absolue beauté, dans un écrin de verdure au bord direct de la rivière. Piscine sur terrasse privative avec jacuzzi dans le salon pour agrémenter le tout, bref, une pure merveille que je recommande les yeux fermés !! Nous y retournons déjà très bientôt d'ailleurs ...

Merveilleux moment

Mon compagnon et moi avons passé un merveilleux moment dans ce gite où tout est pensé pour se détendre. La propriété est juste incroyable. Des que nous avons poser les pieds sur ce lieux vêtu de verdure avec les chevaux et ses habitations en pierres … nous avons tout oublier et étions déjà dans notre bulle. Une fois entrée dans le gîte, une seul envie, que ça ne se finisse pas ! Merci à la propriétaire et à votre coin de paradis. Xavier et Lysa
