Large character house

Ideal for a family with children, quietly located in a hamlet of typical local houses, close to the sea (4 km from St Pierre en Port, 7 km from Fécamp, 25 km from Etretat) large flint house with 6 bedrooms, one of which has a shower cubicle and toilet, living room (50 m²) and dining room (45 m²) with direct access via French windows into an enclosed garden with flowers. Bathroom with toilet. Two-car garage and possibility of additional parking. Sleeps 12. Bed linen and some towels are provided and included in the rental price. It is possible to have a piano animation given by a pianist or to rent the half grand piano. To be discussed with the owner. Water and electricity consumption during the stay is at the tenant's expense. Water total incl. VAT per m3 excluding subscription 3.90 euros.
Electricity peak hours per 1 kWh 0.1798 euros. Electricity off-peak hours per 1 kWh 0.1344 euros.

Some constructive observations

Slightly unkempt inside and out. The lighting in the house was inadequate. There was no mention of additional charges for water and electricity in the original details or for cleaning. However, the hostess was welcoming and charming and stayed in a separate part of the premises. It would have helped if there some staples like bread and milk for which we would have gladly paid. Overall, reasonable value but the property could do with updating. The showers were very small and we were surprised that there was a cramped toilet actually in a bedroom with no screening which made it very unattractive to the extent we did not use that bedroom. No doubt updating would be reflected in a higher price. We felt it had great potential which was not maximised. The living room and dining room were impressively spacious.

Un super séjour

Maison tres agreable, qui nous a permis un grand week-end entre amis (6 adultes et 6 ados). Nous avons autant profité de l'interieur que du jardin sans vis-a-vis. Bodil est discrète et très disponible

Maison de campagne

Le positif : beau jardin fermé, grande table dans la salle, chambres confortables et propres Le négatif : - 3 salles de bain annoncées, en fait il n’y a que 2 salles de bain dont 1 dans une chambre. Les cabines de douche sont très petites ( grands et costauds s’abstenir) - 2 cuisines: obligation d’aller de l’une à l’autre pour pouvoir cuisiner tout en faisant le tour de la grande table. attention si vous mélangez la vaisselle de l’une et l’autre, on vous comptera des frais de ménage supplémentaires… - frais de serviette de toilette chers: 5 euros par serviette - frais de ménage en plus des 70 euros demandés pour : ranger une poêle et 2 casseroles restées à sécher sur l’égouttoir et une poubelle à vider. Ceci ne fait pas partie du forfait ménage , c’est en plus. Attention : eau et électricité à payer en plus. Le prix de la location n’est pas très élevé. On peut donc dire que le rapport qualité /prix ( hormis frais de ménage supplémentaires) est correct.

Le logement est bien situé, au calme, à la campagne et proche de la mer . Il peut accueillir 10 personnes sans difficultés. Un petit bémol: 3 salles de bains étaient annoncées dans l'annonce et il n'y en avait que 2, dont une dans une chambre.

Un agréable séjour près de la côte d'Albâtre

Les + : Maison très bien équipée, très grande (2 salles à manger), la literie est plutôt bonne même si les matelas sont un peu petits. Idéalement passée pour rayonner entre Dieppe et Étretat. Les - : La maison est sombre, nous sommes partis à la Toussaint donc cela n'était pas gênant, mais en été le ressenti doit être bien différent. L'isolation acoustique entre le séjour et les chambres est très mauvaise. Les salles de bains sont équipées de cabines de douches peu pratiques.

La sombre location

Les plus pour nous, famille 4 generations: nombre de couchers adaptés, grande pièce de sejour et proche de la mer 4kms. Les moins, location sombre nécessitant souvent d'allumer les lumières. Les 2 cuisines, une avec vaisselle, l'autre pour cuisiner, une longue table les séparant donc à contourner. Pas des plus pratique pour préparer les repas d'une dizaine de personnes. Les salles de bains ne sont guère non plus très fonctionnelles. L'une dans une des chambres et l'autre avec une douche de Mobil home. Pas pratique avec des petits enfants... Les explications sur le ménage sont confuses .

Nous avons passé de merveilles vacances dans la superbe et grande maison de Bodil, qui a été d une gentillesse et discrétion exceptionnelle. Merci Bodil, les enfants ont adoré passer leurs vacances dans votre grande maison, le jardin les chambres et même la visite quotidienne du mouton qui appelait les enfants en soirée .. tout était au top !!

Une maison spacieuse et agréable

La maison est spacieuse et agréable, située dans un village très calme. Bodil nous a accueilli très aimablement, et nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème pendant le séjour. Habitat et jardin adapté aux enfants. Après 10-15 minutes de voiture, on peut se retrouver dans plusieurs petites criques charmantes.

Accueil chaleureux! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. La maison est bien située à quelques kilomètres de Fécamp et de la mer. Beaucoup d'espace dans la salle à manger et le salon!

WEEK END AGREABLE

C'est une maison spacieuse et chaleureuse pour 12 amis ou l'on se sent très très bien. Une cuisine ou l'on trouve tout ( ns avons oublié les tablettes lave vaisselle le 1er soir) et très bien équipée. Les chambres sont nikel, les douches sont propres et petites. Bien situé pour faire des marches le long de la mer auprès des falaises. un régal de couleurs! Me Lafont répond très rapidement aux demandes Merci pour tout

Logement très confortable et douillet

Logement parfait pour découvrir en groupe ce tres beau coin de France où le temps est incertain, donc le logement doit y être un refuge accueillant.
