This property has an elevator for easy access. Unit B701 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and wonderful ocean views from the oceanfront lanai. The second master bedroom also has a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a private lanai with views of the West Maui Mountains. Both bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms; both are equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with a built-in seat. The living area has a sofa that converts to a queen-size bed. The unit has a DVD player for added convenience.

This condo has been wonderfully remodeled including the fully equipped, full-size kitchen, which features hardwood cabinets, Italian fused glass backsplash, granite counters, and custom recessed lighting. The home feels fresh with Italian tile flooring and modern Hawaiian décor. Enjoy eating indoors with a dining table for four and additional bar seating. This corner unit layout boasts extra lanai areas and features an ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. Lastly, this unit offers another lanai, but this one has views of the West Maui Mountains from the second master bedroom where the lush valleys often display beautiful rainbows.

Hololani (which is Hawaiian for “Heaven”) is an oceanfront condominium resort located in Kahana. Embrace the convenience of a free assigned parking spot, indulge in the oceanfront pool, or savor a delightful BBQ experience in the designated area. There is a beach directly in front of the resort; sand levels and access can vary depending on conditions. Beach access is available at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana). Hololani is within walking distance of several beaches, shops, golf courses, and restaurants. There are no parking or resort fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
