Hololani B602 does not have A/C, is a 2-bedroom- 2-bath condo located on the 6th floor that offers ceiling fans throughout, ocean views from your private lanai, and a private washer/dryer. This property has elevators for easy access. Unit B602 can accommodate up to 6 guests. The Master bedroom has a luxurious California king-size bed with a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, beautiful ocean views, and access to the lanai. The guest bathroom is just steps away and features a large walk-in shower. The living area provides lots of natural light and additional sleeping space with a queen-size sleeper sofa.

This spacious condo has been wonderfully remodeled with new furniture, flooring, and modern Hawaiian décor. Enjoy preparing food in the fully equipped, full-size kitchen. Then choose to eat indoors or out on the large lanai that offers incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and the neighboring island of Molokai in the distance.

Hololani (which is Hawaiian for “Heaven”) is an oceanfront condominium resort located in Kahana. Embrace the convenience of a free assigned parking spot, indulge in the oceanfront pool, or savor a delightful BBQ experience in the designated area. There is a beach directly in front of the resort; sand levels and access can vary depending on conditions. Beach access is available at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana). Hololani is within walking distance of several beaches, shops, golf courses, and restaurants. There are no parking or resort fees.

We enjoyed our stay. Heading the waves and watching multiple whales was amazing. Our balcony was always in the shade, which was a plus. We had just enough supplies, which we appreciated. Thankful for beach equipment and kitchen spices. The host brought us an extra fan and we appreciated it too. Amazing vacation and we will be back.

Very nice condo. Great location. Elevator didn't work the first day. Then power was shut off so we got more exercise. Not your fault. It was cool so we didn't need AC but also the condo doesn't seem to have AC so could have been bad if it was really hot out. Big sliding doors let in lots of outside air which was nice.

It was clean and had amazing view! The beach directly behind the property wasn't a swimming beach, but the view was amazing. There were was lot of great beach options not too far from this property. It was a very nice place to be.

Perfect family vacation

We had a great time at this lovely condo! Direct ocean view was lovely! The complex is great with a nice pool and bbq area and the location was perfect......close to restaurants and beaches. The unit itself was very spacious and accommodating. One of the best parts was listening to the waves every night as we went to sleep! Highly recommend.

I chose this VRBO because it didn’t have carpet, yay! Price was perfect for our budget. I loved the breezes coming through the patio doors. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms worked great. Loved the patio, fell asleep on it a couple nights. The interior throughout was done just right. Parking garage and chairs for the beach, you guys had everything covered, thanks.

Kahana Stay

We absolutely loved the location of the condo. It was clean with a great view of the ocean - we saw turtles swimming every day. The terrace was very spacious and stayed cool in the shade. All was as described but I must admit I somehow missed that the unit does not have AC. It took a little getting used to but with the fans and the breeze from the terrace it was very tolerable. We really loved our stay. It worked out well for our family.

Great location, clean and renovated apartment

Everything was great. Only recommendation to the owner is to update master bedroom curtains to hanging cloth curtains as the light from hallway seeps through these at night. It didn't impact us as we had eye masks.

Fantastic accommodation for non-summer days!

We went as a family of 5 in July and loved the accommodation. It’s clean, well located, has panoramic views of the ocean and easy access to food and grocery stores. The only complain we have is the master bedroom isn’t comfortable during summers due to the lack or AC. The host provided 3 fans but the room was warm in the mornings/afternoons. Another small issue is the translucent blinds that keep the master bedroom bright at night due to an adjacent corridor light. Everything from comms to cleanliness gets a 5/5

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kahana property. We were fortunate that this unit was in the southern building as the lanai was protected from the hot afternoons sun. (The more northernly building in the complex had full sun in the afternoons.) This made for a very pleasant place to sit on the lanai and sip some wine as the sun set. We have read reviews that the furnishings were dated. All I know is that they were all very comfortable and clean. Someone contemplating this property will want to have a car to drive as the town is limited in its dining options (at least restauants that we would choose) and walking was slightly challenging wtihout sidewalks. The town of Lahaina was about a 12 minute drive. Kanapali was 5-7 minutes. The kitchen was stocked well enough to cook a meal (which we did). We would certainly choose this unit again if we made a return trip to Maui.
