Nice location. Very close to the beach. Family friendly

We were able to check in early which was awesome because as soon as we got there we unloaded and went straight to the beach, which is with in walking distance.The condo was clean, has nice tvs and cold air conditioning. The grill came in handy when we wanted to cook out. My sister and her family were staying a mile from us, the condo is big enough to have family or friends over for meals or drinks. We had a fun experience at the beach and a nice stay in the condo.

The price was not bad but they have more than one house on that row with the same house number and this guy Chris didn’t send me my information on the house until 3hrs before we arrived. Also the house was small for 6 people and several things in the house didn’t work or work properly.

Weird

Beautiful place & great location. HOWEVER, first off, the check in process was weird. We had to wait on the owners to send us the the door code & house number personally through VRBO chat rather than getting it in our reservation email the morning of our arrival date. The communication was alright at first, until time to check in & we weren’t getting any response through the VRBO direct chat after multiple attempts so we had to search to find a phone number to call & it ended up being 30 minutes past our check in time when we finally got ahold of the owner for the door code & house number. Second, the day of checkout the owners show up 45 minutes before our check out time & just casually starts unloading their car & moving into the house before we were even out of it, that was also weird & disrespectful.

This is chris the owner, I stopped by at 10:45, 45 minutes after all of you were supposed to checkout to address some minor maintenance issues. I asked if it would be ok to start before our next guests arrived later that day since it was already 45 minutes past your checkout time and you said that would be fine. Additionally we make every possible effort to check guests in early, but we don't send house access codes until after all cleaning is completed (that can be as late as 4pm) on quick turn days so we can make sure the house is cleaned so our guests get the best possible experience possible when they arrive. We sent you the code for check-in at 4. Lastly, It's also disrespectful to break owner's age rules of being at least 25 when renting their property for many liability reasons. Hope your stay is more enjoyable at another property next time.

Just Perfect!

My son and his girlfriend are working in the area this summer and I wanted to come visit. We had a great four days at this property. Super close to the beach. Two story townhouse and you can see the beach from the upstairs balcony. Super quiet neighborhood and well stocked kitchen for meals. Close to the grocery too! Had a beach canopy which was awesome! Bedrooms are huge! Plenty of space. I am not a high rise kind of girl, who wants to go to beach and have the stress of a big city environment? Host was very responsive and available. Would highly recommend if you want a clean space and just want to relax!

Ok place at least perfect spot

Place is a duplex not a cottage, lots of things needs fixed, plank in floor at back patio entrance inside, cabinet door fell right off with stripped screw. Could not use spicket on patio to wash beach sand off, knob gone and no pliers to use it. Not emaculent. However did have beach chairs and towels that could be used on beach. Bed comfortable. No use on upstairs tv.

No houses are perfect, but we strive to be as close as we can. The spicket for washing your feet is located on the front of the house, so you don’t walk through to the back with sand. The stripped screw on the upper cabinet in the kitchen has been fixed. The house is a great piece of property and you will not find a better value in the area. Thanks Chris

Hidden gem about 5 doors off Scenic 98. Newly remodeled! Parking at your door. Large kitchen/Family Room area. Full size washer & Dryer. Private Deck. 3 minute walk to the beach which you can see from the master suite. 5 minutes to the Whales Tail. Silver Sands outlet 10 minute walk. Highly recommend this unit!
