Four bedrooms with private baths (1 bedroom on 1st floor with no steps!) - Gorgeous views from all 3 floors - sweeping views of the bay and a peaceful place to watch the shore birds play right below your own private deck! A second private balcony off Primary Bedroom provides private sanctuary with amazing views. Sip drinks on your own deck as you watch the glorious sunset into the Bay.

Don't get stuck in high rise building with a massive parking lot and lots of waiting around for the elevator - just pull right into your own assigned parking places and walk in the front door to your own peaceful retreat. Walk to restaurants - avoid the car! Just steps to the public tennis courts, and a short quick walk to the ocean.

Pillows, mattress protectors and comforters are provided; however, guests must provide own linens, towels, paper products, and all soap products.

Everything was perfect with this property. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with plenty of room for our group. Parking was literally right outside the door, which made unloading and coming and going very easy. The location was great, and overall it was a perfect Ocean City stay for our group. Our trip to OCM was amazing. We were able to enjoy amazing views and visit with family. The kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed most meals in the townhouse. This is our second stay at this property and we cant wait to stay again. Very clean and pictures represent the property well.

We had another wonderful stay at this beach house and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The location is perfect, with beautiful bay views that are hard to beat and a great spot for kids to safely get in and enjoy the water. We traveled with our 2- and 4-year-old, and they loved it — they happily slept in the third-floor bedroom and had such a great time.The parking was excellent and very convenient, which made everything so much easier with little ones. Even though we had rainy weather during our stay and didn’t get to enjoy the decks as much as we had hoped, the views were still amazing and we still had a fantastic time. Oh and they have plenty of games to choose from for kids to adults which were put to good use. Thank you again for allowing us to stay here. This home is such a special place for families, and we’re so grateful we were able to return. We would absolutely stay again!
