Rest and relax in this quiet neighborhood.
Pinnacle Peak Shadows is miles from noise and traffic yet minutes from everything you need. This is a beautiful neighborhood with wide streets perfect for walking.
Spectacular, newly installed granite & subway tile create a chef's delight kitchen. Enjoy Arizona's amazing weather while grilling in the outdoor cooking space.

The main living space and all bedrooms have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans. The patio has a TV as well. Enjoy 100% cotton luxury linens on brand new mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a king bed.

Are you bringing kids? We provide a pack-n-play and high chair for the little ones. The pool is NOT fenced so we stress caution when children are staying at this property.

Looking for backyard fun? Pool floats, beach towels and sunscreen are here for you. The gas grilling area is surrounded by lush trees and beautiful landscaping. Relax while dinner is cooking. Comfy outdoor furniture plus a patio TV help you enjoy the Arizona weather.

Are you coming for the golf? This home is just minutes from Troon North, The Boulders, and Rio Verde Golf Club.

Like to hike? The 150 acre Pinnacle Peak Park is right around the corner. Or, check out the Brown's Ranch Trailhead.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
On your checkout day, please don’t make the beds that were used. It is a huge help to our cleaning crew if you wash & dry (no need to fold) one load of bath towels (with bleach) before you leave.
Please also wash dirty pots/pans and load/run the dishwasher. We will handle all the regular cleaning. That’s what you paid for.
Remember to take home your charging cords and leave the garage door remote.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Three car maximum. No overnight street parking allowed. This is a residential neighborhood so no loud parties or events are allowed.

The property was very spacious and accommodating for our family. The beds were comfortable. We loved the many hiking options close by. A grocery store is not far and the kitchen provided everything we needed and more. The pool area was great with four chaise lounges and two floats we used constantly. Because it was March, we had requested a heated pool and the temperature was perfect. We also loved having the large television outside so we can watch March Madness while enjoying the pool. We felt communication with Kelly, the property manager, was welcomed and attentive. We would love to stay here again.

I've stayed in many VRBO rentals over the years. I have never been in a better stocked place. The kitchen supplies and furnishings were excellent. Overall the place was spacious and comfortable. Spring Break Getaway with Littles

Such an incredible house for a spring break week away with the family! We have two young kids and Kelly did everything to make sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. The house was well stocked with all of the essentials and was very clean and comfortable for our whole family. And the pool was incredible! Truly made our getaway week relaxing and fun.
