This third-floor fresh, clean and quiet condo overlooks the manatee river, an estuary and a golf course in the River Strand golf, tennis and pickleball community. The beautiful master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and 3/4 bath. The main living area is bright with not only front and back windows, but side windows; no unit above this unit so not only bright but quiet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a large walk-in closet and is close to the unit's second full bath. The den also has a trundle bed (2 twin beds). Unit provides for a breakfast nook and main eating area. There are three televisions (main area, master bedroom, and den) with cable. We also have a sit-stand desk for those working remote. Internet access is provided. Minimum of one month rental and transfer fee of $375 provides occupants at same address full access to all amenities including golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and various pools.

River Strand great community

Condo is very spacious and well furnished. Great views of wildlife in pond by deck and golfers on 7th fairway and green. Food in clubhouse restaurant was very good. Golf course was too challenging for us seniors. We found a nice eexecutive length course nearby that we really liked.

Beautiful Condo with water view

This is a wonderful condo. We stayed for the month of March. The furnishings are just like home. Everything felt lit was quality. Very comfortable. The area was quite nice with anything you would need close by. Robin was easy to communicate with and responded to questions in a timely manner. Would recommend.

My wife and I stayed in this condo for the month of January 2020. The unit was comfortable, clean and convenient to all the amenities of River Strand. All of the photos of the unit, even the great view of the Estuary's 7 hole, were accurate and the morning view from our patio of groups playing the hole was very entertaining ! The owners checked in with us and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend this unit for a relaxing getaway from the northern winters !

Amazing stay

Overall this place was truly spectacular, I received a great price from Robin and Kent. They were helpful throughout my entire stay. Anything I needed done, they address within the week. For example, on of the dink’s was leaking (not a big problem), they had someone look at it within a day. Trust me the room was stunning, the pictures do not do this place justice; come take a look for yourself. Overall I had a great experience; great neighborhood, great owners, and great view. 5 stars!
