Luxury T3 apartment in the DRC with fully equipped private terrace and offering a splendid sea view of the Gulf of Ajaccio to the Sanguinaires Islands.

Located in the municipality of Pietrosella at the place called "Vignale", beach access can be done on foot (Stanella beach at 200 meters). The superb beaches of the Rupione as well as the silver beach (Mare e sole) are only a few minutes away by car.

Close to all amenities (pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, water activities...).

Residence of 6 comfortable and completely renovated apartments, in a wooded park with sea view swimming pool.

Fenced parking with digicode.

All apartments are air-conditioned and have a Wi-Fi connection.

Details of the apartment:

- living room with sea view, equipped with a TV, a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishes).

- beautiful terrace with sea view and fully equipped (dining table, parasol, electric barbecue, deckchairs, drying rack)

- bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hair dryer.

- bedroom 1 with 160cm bed, TV and storage.

- bedroom 2 with 2 beds of 90cm (possibility of pairing them to make a double bed) and storage.

Also available, a common laundry room with washing machine as well as a bowling alley.

Optional services:

- bathroom linen and sheet kit (extra charge)

- umbrella bed, high chair, booster seat, changing table, baby deckchair (extra charge)

For health reasons, a cleaning fee of €90 (supplement of €30 if pet) will be paid on site upon your arrival.

We only accept small dogs as pets on request.

Clean modern apartment very well placed for beaches, restaurants etc with a very nice pool.

Has a great view across the bay and nice pool. The apart is very clean with comfy beds. Hosts are friendly and helpful. There is road noise but that's offset by the convenience of the location. Beach 10 mins walk, restaurants 15 - 20 mins walk or 2 minutes drive. Ajjaccio half an hour. Porticcio 10 mins drive with lots of restaurants.

Maison idéalement située pour découvrir Ajaccio et sa région. La vue face au golf d'Ajaccio est à couper le souffle.Les plages sont à proximité notamment celle près de la propriété où l'on peut s'y rendre à pied. Séjour et vue incroyable

Magnifique semaine passée dans cette résidence Vignale, les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et disponibles. Rien ne manque dans le logement et la description est vraiment exacte. La vue du balcon est à couper le souffle. Nos filles de 4 ans ont adoré la piscine et le gîte. Belles plages a proximité. Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Très content de notre séjour

L emplacement est top près des plus belles plages de Corse (mare el sol, ruppione) et de toute commodités (boulangerie, Carrefour express) bon nous avions aussi la voiture mais pas longtemps de route 3-5 km max. l appartement est propre et tout confort on avait une superbe vue piscine et golfe d Ajaccio très agréable pour manger sur la terrasse. On avait juste un défaut à dire : les murs de la résidence sont trop fins on entendait TOUT des voisins pas agréable pour l un et l autre. On reviendra c est certain! Parfait pour famille avec enfant.

Séjour très agréable dans un bel environnement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la résidence vignale dans un cadre privilégié où nous avions la chance d’avoir vue sur mer et le magnifique spectacle du coucher du soleil de la terrasse tous les soirs. Un appartement très bien équipé, une très belle piscine et une jolie plage à quelques minutes à pied seulement. A recommander !

La résidence est toute neuve Nous avions un appartement située au Rez-de-chaussée parfait pour les enfants pour qu'ils puissent profiter de la terrasse, du jardin commun et de la piscine. La maison est vraiment jolie et contient tout le confort et standing nécessaire. La vue sur la mer et le golf d'Ajaccio est très agréable lors des repas. L'emplacement à 10mn de Porticcio et moins de 10mn des plages d'isolella, Rupione ou plage d'argent est parfait. L'accueil est aussi très agréable. Merci pour cette superbe semaine

Avis mitigé

Très belle situation à 10min de Porticcio ou de la Plage d'argent - vue mer mais aucune mention quant aux nuisances de la route en contre-bas. Nous avons logé dans l'appartement n°5 en rez-de-chaussée, à première vue tout était très bien jusqu'à ce que nous découvrions la chambre 2 qui est borgne et qui n'a donc pas une vue mer comme mentionné dans le descriptif !! Nous avons trouvé dommage que personne ne nous indique que cet appartement avait une chambre sans fenêtre. Le descriptif fait état d'un appartement de standing, nous pensons que le terme standing est utilisé car la maison a été rénovée récemment car nous relèverons qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les chambres (problématique pour la chambre borgne) et que la porte d'entrée de l'appartement fait plus penser à une porte de chambre qu'une réelle porte d'entrée. Points positifs: piscine sécurisée, wifi et proche des commodités. La mention "enfants bienvenus" est à prendre en considération car il y a un peu partout sur la propriété des panneaux "respectez le silence de chacun", etc. Le prix de EUR 1'500.-- pour une semaine en juillet me semble finalement quelque peu élevé, surtout en raison d'une chambre sans fenêtre !
