Second stay at this condo. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Though we didn't do any cooking, kitchen is well equipped -- even coffee, cookies and Keurig. Easy parking. Host is responsive. Will definitely consider renting again when in the area.

The condo was very clean, the host was was great and even had a large plate of cookies waiting for us when we arrived. We loved the location, because it was close to the lake and away from the main street traffic. The only negative was that the bed was not comfortable. We ended up going to the store and buying a mattress topper so we could get some sleep.

The condo was perfect for our needs, extremely clean, well located and convenient to all attractions. The owner provided freshly baked cookies for our arrival which was a delicious bonus! We would definitely recommend this condo for a single or couple.

We are shocked and dismayed. Read our other reviews and you will understand that this person was completely unreasonable. The guest was unnecessarily rude as we tried to remedy the mechanical issue that no one had control over. Guest contacted us late in the evening. Our water heater had broken and there was nothing we could do at the late hour. This was completely out of our control and not anyone's fault. We had the technician there first thing in the morning. We not only gave a full refund for the future nights, we charged nothing for the absolute mess they left or the time they stayed. Completely unreasonable and often incoherent as we did our best to fix this issue.
