Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Short Getaway

The location is perfect. Great view and easy walk to amenities and beach. The inside was nice and mostly clean. The kids fished from the dock and jumped in the bay to swim. The biggest negative is that the ladders on the dock need to be replaced asap. My daughter could not get out of the water and a wave knocked her into the dock and she cut her leg. We had to ask the neighbors to let us use their ladder. It is a huge safety hazard. Any one wanting to swim or kayak will have trouble getting back on the dock.

Very Nice, Very Small Place

The place was clean. It had lots of amenities -kitchen things, excellent cable, plenty of mattresses and towels. Its best attribute: the incredible view of the bay. Worst thing: very small.

Horrible experience

Property was horrible. After arriving, contacted the agent and still have yet to talk to a manager. Did not stay at the property. Rented a suite on the beach for half the price. Condo was dirty, unsafe, and under equipped for a rental. Didn’t ask for a full refund understanding i booked up the rental but something should have been done. Even paid a late checkout fee. Tons of pictures and videos if anyone would like to see. Sent in an email to the folks renting the place and never heard a word back. Worst experience renting a condo I ever had and will never recommend or use this site again. Sure all experiences are not the same but this company has done nothing to correct and I’m out over $$$ dollars plus the cost of another rental. Good luck to whoever uses this site!!
